This is the day I did a days workout without ANY stopping! I started in April, and then Sept to Dec I couldn't exercise. I was finally able to exercise starting the new year. New year equals new beginnings :) But mainly, what keeps me going is what my fifth grade teacher had said. She said, "You can change whenever YOU want" you don't have to wait for the "perfect" time. Become a better you...whenever!
I remember when i first did this like a month ago i stopped so many times, this is my second time doing this video (two months doing pilates) and i even added ankle weights. Im so happy i dont feel like a failure anymore😭😭😭
When I did this in the calendar two months ago I wasn't able to do the hot potatoes with two taps on each side and I was waaay slower than Cassey, today I could do two taps and even keep up with Cassey! These workouts are amazing, I am so proud of myself :)

Day 20 of the beginners calendar. ♡ I hardly struggled at all with this video! My knees pressed into the floor was uncomfortable because I don't have a mat, but I did amazing with this one. Either that means it was semi-easy.. or I'm just getting stronger.

I started doing blogilates workouts just over a year ago and lost 20kgs with maintaining these exercises and eating well. I'm currently 21weeks pregnant and I would love to see blogilates pregnancy videos. I'm not sure how many people would benefit from it but I definetly would :)

i'm soooooo happy right now! when i started doing pop pilates, this booty workout was a way too hard for me and i couldn't finish it without stopping like 100 times but now.. this feels like a warm up! i'm so proud of myself!
I have been doing this workout everyday for a week now and I must say, I have seen a difference in my butt! It's definitely firmer and more lifted now. For my legs, it's taking a lil while but I definitely feel stronger now. NEVER GIVE UP GUYS! If you don't wanna go back to square one then DON'T QUIT! Stay flawless everyone

I started doing blogilates workouts just over a year ago and lost 20kgs with maintaining these exercises and eating well. I'm currently 21weeks pregnant and I would love to see blogilates pregnancy videos. I'm not sure how many people would benefit from it but I definetly would :)

03/18/2020 oh wow... this after yesterday's workout! My butt is officially dead!
It's the first time I really thought her comments during the video were helpful. Usually I just hear them but this time, it was really heard. Helped so much to push through when she said hers were burning too. I'm not that fit and sore as hell from yesterday and she said her thighs were burning at just the right moment!
I love how today's calendar is all the pop Pilates beach series! It's so cute :D

i really love that she is not just so skinny like all girls in Korea, models and celebrities... and even trainers doing bodybuilding go on extreme diets trying to lose weight and stay skinny...
i'm soooooo happy right now! when i started doing pop pilates, this booty workout was a way too hard for me and i couldn't finish it without stopping like 100 times but now.. this feels like a warm up! i'm so proud of myself!
on and off for like a year but the real business started at the beginning of this year :D

I have been doing this workout everyday for a week now and I must say, I have seen a difference in my butt! It's definitely firmer and more lifted now. For my legs, it's taking a lil while but I definitely feel stronger now. NEVER GIVE UP GUYS! If you don't wanna go back to square one then DON'T QUIT! Stay flawless everyone
I loved this workout! It flew by and I was surprised when it was done because it didn’t feel like 9 minutes! That’s just what working out with Casey is like :)

Hey, im fasting too but i fixed my workout jz after night prayers. Try that. It helps to be hydrated while workng out. Dont overwork while fasting ❤️

Iftaar time is too busy to workout for me.. the only time i find is at 10 pm or 3 am
Also this has music so its better to avoid while fasting

I first did this in 2015 and it was always tough. Now, after years of on and off doing workout videos, i find this manageable! Thanks Cassey!
