I got into a car accident on 9/11 and since then I haven't been able to jump back in to my old routine. Decided to start working out again looking forward to do this video later today.

It's my fifth day of beginner's calendar and I was scared to do this because I hate cardio. But I loved this workout. The moves were super basic so I had no trouble doing them. My muscles hurt but in a good way. I didn't have stop once and I'm proud because I haven't worked out in a looong time. Thank you for this amazing workout!!

I cannot explain to you how happy I am that I was finally FINALLY able to do both forward facing planks without having to stop for a second. I have never ever been able to do a plank without stopping and being able to do that just makes me so happy.

At first I was like "oh good, a video for beginners!" I've been following for a long time, but... I'm like, a beginner to working out in general, and this still looks wayyyyy too hard. I can't even do planks for more than a few seconds without trembling violently, that's how out of shape I am... so does anyone know a good way to get started so I can do these more advanced "beginner" workouts?
Alsaice i started by doing her 30 day challenges. On the first day you do only 3 moves and only 5 times. It slowly becomes more, really great way to start. I did it this way in september, and now i follow the regular calenders of her. Just don't give up ^^

I just wanted to say thanks for being on RUclips and putting out these vids, like. a lot of teenage girls I have self esteem issues and feel extremely self concipus about my weight, and I know I'm a little overweight for my age but you inspired me to work out and I'm always using your videos to help me and you just inspire me so mich and remind me that I can become fitter but even before I do I'm still beautiful either way so thank you
My problem is the intensity in some of the moves on my knees and elbows and my neck hurts a lot yes she does say to rest it but it’s like I don’t feel the move as much if I rest it and I need to feel the burnnnnn!
Day 5 Beginners Calendar video 1 is done. I like ab workouts but not crunches. Give me some more of the roll-ups as those are so easy to do and I like it that they are a semi-crunch. Edit: It is Day 19 of the Beginners Calendar and I have just completed this video. Based on the last time I did this workout I can already tell that my body has become so much stronger. I do not have to use the modifications and the crunches I'm able to do now have a much better form. I still rather do the roll-up but I can already see the big difference in my muscle strength. I cannot wait to see what else improves by the end of the month.

Soo I've been doing this workout for 3 days and I can definitely see some definition and my abs are starting to form! (I'm 50kg and 173cm for anyone who wants to to know) Before I do this workout, I do cardio and after I'm finished with this workout, I do a 'tiny waist' workout! I'm not in a diet or anything, but I eat healthy.
Update: Its almost a week that I've been doing this workout and I can definitely say that I'm seeing results! Guys this WORKS! (I'm also doing cardio and smaller waist workouts) When I started working out my waist measumerent was 68cm or 25+ inches and now it's 62cm or 24,6 inches (I think)
I've never really enjoyed working out and it's always been a struggle for me to stay motivated but these past few weeks I've been working out along with some of your videos at least 3-4 times a week (which is a big improvement from 0 times a week) and I'm actually really enjoying the workouts! I'm starting to feel stronger already and I feel as if I have more energy and I'm finding my self sad if I don't work out (what have you done to me), so thank you so much!!

This is a good video even if you have no apps or deconditioned abs if you modify and stick to it for two weeks you will notice a huge difference. I need to work on my abs not for aesthetics but for pelvic health and stability

MINE TOO! Same situation lol. Not like we can complain :P. I dunno about you but I tried my whole life to 'grow my butt' and at age 30 I finally hit the shape and size I want. Now I can't fit in my undies and doing some blogilates videos are a bit of a challenge. But really, I'm not complaining lol. It'll keep my butt perkier longer before everything goes 'down hill'.
That's the same story as me. I had the body (mostly) that I liked but my butt wouldnt grow so I focused on that. I'm a size 8/10 but my butt needs more space now 😂. You're right though - not complaining! :)

I had a little bit more entertainment doing this workout today, mostly to having a little fluff ball at the end of my mat while doing this. Thank you for posting these videos. It has helped me a lot and has made me feel like my old self again. 🐈💙

thanks cass. i stopped working out like a year ago and idk why but this video just popped in my email and i decided to do it. i gained lots of weight but i still had no motivation for working out. so this is very good beggining. baby steps

I love these 'for beginners' videos the most. They're easy to do so I can focus on my technique. And muscles hurt soo bad after.
I am a long time popster and this video was a nice hard video. It is nice to go back to basics and take it slow and work the muscles in a new way.

My butt gets in the way when I do roll ups. I can't lie flat! I've been trying to grow it - clearly its working but it gets in the way now 😅
MINE TOO! Same situation lol. Not like we can complain :P. I dunno about you but I tried my whole life to 'grow my butt' and at age 30 I finally hit the shape and size I want. Now I can't fit in my undies and doing some blogilates videos are a bit of a challenge. But really, I'm not complaining lol. It'll keep my butt perkier longer before everything goes 'down hill'.
That's the same story as me. I had the body (mostly) that I liked but my butt wouldnt grow so I focused on that. I'm a size 8/10 but my butt needs more space now 😂.
