    I gotta be honest!! This is my favorite workout ever!! I always love doing this one!! It burns like crazy!!! Lilly you are absolutely amazing!! I have tried other fitness RUclipsrs but you were by far the best one of them all!! I literally love all of your videos!! But this one is absolutely incredible!! Keep being amazing!!

    doing this for 1-2 weeks
    Day 1: ✅ burns
    Day 2: ✅ burned again
    Day 3: ✅ tiring but getting easier

    Doing this twice per day 🔥🔥🔥 let’s get heat wave season ready❤❤❤
    Day 1 ✅
    Day 2 ✅
    Day 3 ✅ still here
    Day 4 ✅
    Day 5 ✅
    Getting easier each day and seeing a difference in leg shape. I do this workout twice per day + her 10 minute slimmer thigh one. And then stretching + foam rolling on legs once done.
    Day 7 ✅ I’ve been consistent for a week and am seeing great results.
    Day 8 ✅
    Day 9 ✅ back2back set done ✅
    Day 10 ✅ I can’t believe I am still here 😅
    Day 11 ✅
    Day 12 ✅
    Day 13 ✅ consistency is key ! 5/10 minutes a day !
    Day 14 ✅ nothing works as well as diet control/ walks. If you’re still eating a lot of calories +fat during this, you won’t see that much change. Your legs may tone a bit, but as far as actually losing cm / in, this alone won’t do much.
    Day 15 ✅
    Day 16 ✅ Rested one day 😅 I’m back .
    Back again !! Seeing amazing results ! Just gotta stick with it.

    I had my dog with me during this too but rather than a wall when drawing my circles my dog was getting a massage 😂 extra burn love it thank you ❤🎉

    Started this workout on 12th of July doing this once a day
    Day 1 ✅
    Day 2 ❌ forgot
    Day 3 ✅
    Day 4 ✅
    Day 5 ✅
    Day 6✅
    Day 7✅
    I do this one, her 10min slim leg one and the toned& slim thighs workout by April Han, I also eat in a calorie deficit but I don’t really see changes tho I will keep on going
    Day 8✅ I’ve also started Gymnastics again like just a bit for fun again
    Day 9✅
    Day 10✅ Ive started adding a few workouts
    Day 11✅ went to a trampoline park and also trained legs there a bit
    Day 12✅
    Day 13❌ was at an adventure park

    Day 16✅ today I only did this one

    It’s been a month and I’ve lost a centimeter over my knee and middle thigh which I think is a bit frustrating for 1 month and my over thigh stayed the same

    Doing this bc i can lose weight everywhere just from not eating BUT my fat thighs
    Day 1 DONE
    Day2 DONEE my legs shake sm during the workout n it hurts so bad i have to take breaks a lot but i hope its worth it
    Day 3 i forgot then
    Day 4 DONE i only took 1 break yipppeee i feel like its getting better

      if you want to burn fat anywhere you have to be in a calorie defecit you cant spot reduce. you can tone an area but to get rid of fat you have to be in a defecit and your body will determine where it wants to loose fat first. you cant decide

      Yes! It’s probably because usually there’s less fat in the hip area, maybe use a pillow

      No, your diet is the most important part. You can’t lose fat unless you’re in a calorie deficit + working out. The Pilates will help you tone and build muscle where you want it, but you need to eat more Whole Foods, or less carie dense foods to lose fat.

    Mal ehrlich, du weisst es ich weiss es , dass man ohne gewichte nicht das Erreichen kann. Ich bin mir sicher , dass du regelmässig ins Fitness Studio gehst . Mit den Übungen die du zeigst, erzielt man so eine Figur nicht. Aber danke trotzdem ✌️🇨🇭
