Doing this twice per day 🔥🔥🔥 let’s get heat wave season ready❤❤❤ Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ still here Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Getting easier each day and seeing a difference in leg shape. I do this workout twice per day + her 10 minute slimmer thigh one. And then stretching + foam rolling on legs once done. Day 7 ✅ I’ve been consistent for a week and am seeing great results. Day 8 ✅ Day 9 ✅ back2back set done ✅ Day 10 ✅ I can’t believe I am still here 😅 Day 11 ✅ Day 12 ✅ Day 13 ✅ consistency is key ! 5/10 minutes a day ! Day 14 ✅ nothing works as well as diet control/ walks. If you’re still eating a lot of calories +fat during this, you won’t see that much change. Your legs may tone a bit, but as far as actually losing cm / in, this alone won’t do much. Day 15 ✅ Day 16 ✅ Rested one day 😅 I’m back . Back again !! Seeing amazing results ! Just gotta stick with it.

if you want to burn fat anywhere you have to be in a calorie defecit you cant spot reduce. you can tone an area but to get rid of fat you have to be in a defecit and your body will determine where it wants to loose fat first. you cant decide

No, your diet is the most important part. You can’t lose fat unless you’re in a calorie deficit + working out. The Pilates will help you tone and build muscle where you want it, but you need to eat more Whole Foods, or less carie dense foods to lose fat.
