I found your channel in January and I have been doing the workouts especially for abs and booty 5 days a week. I am 44 years old and had horrible diastasis recti after having 2 babies in my late 20s and early 30s (both boys were 8 pounds born 2 weeks early), in my early 40s I was suffering from prolapse. I have always been active and ate (relatively healthy), but after 40 I couldn't lose the weight, kept putting on weight, and my mom pooch was looking horrible (to me). After doing your work outs for only 2 months I was able to fix my prolapse and have now developed the flattest stomach I have ever had! Your workouts have helped my self esteem, energy, and have fixed my health issues, and now as I get older my body will be stronger and my core stable, I will forever be doing your workouts, so please never stop posting! Thank you!

Can you Lily uploads the 60-day lean summer method challenge to YT? I think that would benefit a lot of people who do and watch your videos who don't have the advantage of paying for your app. (once I get money and have a job I'm going straight to downloading the app)

Another great workout, thank you! Does anyone else struggle with the bending up part? Any tips how to improve here? I am really inflexible when it comes to that and don't know how I should train it because already grabbing kinda hurts 😐
I have found your pilates workouts to be the most effective by far! I can see definition and muscle tone that I just didn't have before. I just have a stubborn outer thigh area, that whilst toned, is not really great, therefore could you possibly do a short outer thigh workout that would target this area specifically? Thanks.
Doing this for 14 days remind me ^^I did it for 16 days and my tights just got a Lille slimmer, so yeah if you want big changes like me I advice you to do intensive workout
Hi im nicole from Scotland and I've been doing your workouts (all different) for about a year and always tell/write down your name for people. I've done workouts all my life and I'm now a size 6-8 (always been a 10 or 12) and 51yrs old. My left leg is weak as had bad car accident when young so left ankle is weak and put on 5stone while pregnant and have a wonderful son jelly belly. So would like advice how to strengthen leg and jelly belly as worse when slimmer. Your videos have tonned me so much. Thank you 😊
trying untie summer begins. I want to have a good summer not like last year, last year i was horribly insecure, and i don’t want that this year so im gonna take advantage and start working out for real. Im eating more healthier food cutting out the sweets,chips, and sower dough bread and sugary drinks. For now on if i crave a sweet it’s once two weeks. Im eating eggs oat bread yogurt smoothies fruits and veggies for now on and i will be doing a-lot more sports to strengthen my body like soccer and tennis. I will be doing this maybe 1-2 a day also with a slimmer thigh/leg workout. Its makes me feel even worse comparing myself to other people so why not stop that and work on myself. Day 1: done I did it twice today ! Day 2: no.. Day 3: done !!

Hi Lilly, just an advise. Your video looks like a LOG footage that wasn’t really colour graded. Very unsaturated, I would say. I’m playing it on an Iphone btw. I noticed it with your recent videos that they look little bit faded out. Not sure if that’s on purpose or you’re just not aware 😊❤️
