  • Today I'm sharing my go-to Pilates routine to tone and sculpt my inner and outer thighs. In just 7 minutes this Pilates routine will target and tone your inner and outer thighs, helping you tone and define your upper legs. If you are new to Pilates then try this workout without any added equipment - take breaks if you need them and work on building up your strength. If you are more advance you can add some light ankle weights like I have or add a booty band around your thighs to increase the resistance.     Remember, consistency is key, so try to incorporate this workout into your regular fitness routine. Pair it with other quick workouts from the app or use it as a finisher at the end of a longer session. As always, listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed.
