    If you ever come across this video, don't hesitate try it. I'm glad Bailey posted a new video and I love her workouts because she gets straight to the point and I find it hard to give up. I started this workout on 1/22. I did this quick lower belly pilates (1x) along with her other ab workouts. I will do this workout for 1-2 weeks and update yall :)
    1/22:✅
    1/23:✅
    1/24:✅ my core feels nice and strong!
    1/25:✅ It burns! but I pushed through
    1/26:✅ I felt the pain but I didn't give up, I feel a lot stronger
    1/27: Took a break today
    1/28:✅
    1/29-1/31:✅I was busy and took a break.
    2/1: Happy February!!! I came back to this workout again, it was out of breath haha but worth it. (I'm starting to notice a slight ab definition)

    Loved this workout, i’ll be doing this every day for a week and i’ll keep you guys posted on the results!
    edit: day one done and I was definitely feeling it during the workout but afterwards i didn’t really notice much pain which is nice.
    day two: woke up today and my abs definitely felt sore which honestly made the workout harder, definitely feeling the burn
    day three: when i woke up I was still definitely sore and the workout was still hard but i’m already seeing some changes in my abs.
    day four: workout felt easier probably just because my body’s getting more used to it.

      3x a week is more than enough. Give your muscles a break so they can heal from the workout. The results will be there if you stay consistent.

    Been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now and as hard and painful🥵 this workout was, I was able to finish it with only taking one rest break!! Compared to two weeks ago, I am so much stronger! Thank you Bailey!

    I do Pilates and yoga everyday and that killllllllled my abs. It’s so nice to switch it up. Your muscles get so used to repetitive movement. This was what I needed to wake them back up ❤

    Wow, I tried so many workouts claiming to be pilates but they are too fast and sweaty. This is real pilates!
    It's nicely slow but much more effective than 30 min HIIT.❤
    I love the breathing instructions as they are very important part of pilates ❤

    i never comment on workout videos but you are truly a great instructor. You are clear and consistent in guiding us, which I find most online "workout influencers" fail to do. This felt like I was in my actual pilates class !! Thank you

    I just wanted to say thank you for this workout. I've been doing it almost every day for the last two months (with a little break in the middle). The first couple of times I couldn't even get through the whole video without stopping, but I've made progress, I got stronger and toned up in the way I've always wanted. Now I'm finding new ways to challenge myself within the workout and just having fun😊 I'll keep doing it, and again, thank you❤️

    I just did this workout and was hard and fun but instead of lower belly i felt the pain in the upper belly what i m doing wrong

      Hi! If your neck hurts it’s because you don’t have enough core strength to hold you up. That happened to me.
      My recommendation is that you should do another abs workout to gain strength, then you could move to workouts like this ✨
      Also you can try to imagine your belly button pushing your spine when you exhale, with that you can really pull your abs and your neck will hurt a little less 🫶🏻
      I did that and now my neck doesn’t hurt anymore
