    i’m going to start doing this 1-2 times a day for a month, and i’ll also be walking 4-10km 3-4 times a week. i mostly wanna get rid of lower belly fat tho. wish me luck !

    I’ve never even heard of those exercises where you have you knees together and feet apart, but during them I felt my core being more activated than it is with most other exercises. So thank you for introducing me to something new and cool!!

    I have made several playlists of different muscle groups to work on containing all of your five minutes workouts. I have really bad adhd and it’s hard for me to watch a 10 to 30 minute work out video because I lose concentration, and eventually after trying to lose weight I wasn’t able to because I lost motivation. Your five minute videos changed that! 🫶🏼I have been working out constantly for the past week and half, I have never lasted that long… 🎉🎉 so that’s a good sign I’ll last till the end of my weight loss journey! With your five minute videos, I feel the burn unlike other 30 minute workout videos😆, not only that, but by the end of the video, I’m ready to move on to a different five minute video of yours! Thank you so much!❤❤😊

    I'm so glad I found your channel! I'm much more motivated to do a few 5 minute workouts in a row than one long 20 min workout, I don't know why...I've done only a few of your 5 min workouts and they feel super effective. Plus: I LOVE the setting, watching the waves while working out is the best thing ever 🥰

    Omg guys I'm so happy, I do ab workouts since months and only got upper abs from them, my lower belly always stayed there and since I do this and her other lower abs workout, I finally see results after only one week of doing it!! (every 2nd day, so my muscles can rest) I love this, thank you so much!! 😭😍

    day 1: done, this really targeted my lower stomach but burned at the same time
    day2: done, I'm really sore
    day 3 and 4: I had to do these together cuz I'd been busy for the past 2 days so I will also be doing two days tomorrow (one for today and one for the actual day itself)

    day 8:done
    day 9 and 10: done

    Diese Workouts machen wirklich Spaß!!! Habe vorher schon viele Lower Abs Workouts versucht aber mir waren alle zu schwer. Mein unterer Rücken hat mir dabei immer so weh getan, dass ich die Übungen abbrechen musste. Bei Baileys Video kann ich alle Übungen mithalten und habe keine Rückenschmerzen. Großartig!!!

    Hi Bailey.. i just finished an hour doing variety of your 10 minutes workout and i had found this low abs exercise , amazing ... it is more challenging than your lower abs exercise i usually do. And since we in jakarta are encouraged to stay at home, your workout channel really helps a lot..thank you ..

    I’m mind blown at the fact Bailey doesn’t have millions upon millions of views like some others with the same types of routines on RUclips… I’ve tried a few different instructors now ie Sabri and Ting and Bailey’s workouts hands damn down are far more effective!! Truly shocking. I mean this girl blows her competition away!! The burn is so sooo real and I hate love it!!

    I'm so glad I found your channel! I lost my way on my fitness journey when I went into my first year of university and didn't recognize my body when I returned home. Your workouts are so fun but still challenging; you have helped me transform my body and I can't wait to workout each day.

    I found this one really hard on my hips. My hips kept clicking and I was pulling on my hip flexors even though I was trying to use my abs as much as possible

    I love this workout because it's efective and short. I can feel my abs burning and it's very pleasing. I did it for a week and I can see that I'm getting rid of love handles as I practice daily and I can see some abs definition as well. You can see how I trained below

    this is my favorite workout channel ever! this workout was easy to perform yet you could feel the burn in your lower abs. i do these all the time thank you for this !! 💕

    WOW! This lower abs workout was incredible! I could feel the burn right away. I know I will definitely be sore from it tomorrow. One thing I do have to add, is that the first couple of exercises, my left thigh, like close to the groin area & hip, kept popping each time I'd extend and bend. It didn't hurt, but I could feel things moving around. My right side was perfectly fine though. I'm not sure if my form changes when I do the opposite side, or if I need to stretch more before hand. Any suggestions are welcome. Also, I've began pairing about 4 zumba dances before I do 1-3 5 minute workouts, as I heard Bailey recommend cardio before toning. It makes the 5 minutes more intense, which I feel will be far more beneficial.
    Thank you so much for these short, effective workouts! They are my favorite! P.S. The part where you had us put our knees together and then tap the floor and come back up, felt astonishing! I cannot recall ever feeling those muscles like that. Great job Bailey!💕😍🥰

    ive always done the same ab workout for years, and ive got a nice small waist and my upper abs are toned, but theres really nothing going on with my lower abs. im going to try this workout for a couple months, and see what happens. i already did it once and i loved it, really felt the lower abs, it just wasnt intense so i think i might not get big results right away, but we'll see. im excited!

    Wow, that was such a great short workout, I felt every one of those exercises in my low abs, didn't feel like inwas doing them incorrectly and didn't strain my back or neck. You're amazing Bailey. Thank you so much! 15 weeks post partum and feeling like my body is coming back :)

    I’m so glad I found this workout, some of the other 5 minute ones from other creators made me want to scream profanities but this one you can feel the burn without wanting to off yourself 😂
