    I’ve been doing these workouts for like a week and the definitely make working out more enjoyable ! They also make it feel like less of a task and more doable than other exercises for a short amount of time I do 4 of them everyday

      Yessss I do 9 everyday each targeting every part of the body, so 8 5-min ones and 1 13-minute one which is for back so it’s so much more doable and short😁

      All the lower abs exercises I've tried so far feels more in the upper abs than lower abs, maybe because they stronger and tend to take over...

    I just love this workout, I enjoyed it so much, I added it to my workout playlist right away ! Absolutely love your workouts, so enjoyable, fun to do, they don't seem like a task ! I much prefer selecting 4-5 videos of a 5min workout a day depending on my mood than doing a long video that will not seem as reachable of a goal !

    Omg, I started committing to doing 5 mins each day 3 weeks ago (going for 10 mins each day in the 2nd week) and I feel like a bot to comment this, but I'm seriously starting to see definition in my tummy already. I love how you ease us into the burn where it's not too much to condition me to hate it and just enough to give me a mood boost for the rest of the day that it makes me want to take it again tomorrow. Legit like candy.

    Hello beautiful! I'm doing my every day home workouts since February because of my broken lower back... The results are blowing my mind. My issues are nearly gone. Of all RUclipsrs you are my favorite fitness girl. I love your videos because you are such a lovely person, you are clever; you know what you're doing, you are always explaining very good, even for beginners, you are not (changing positions) too fast, so it's not difficult to stay with/follow you, you are motivating us so good (I never thought I would like my workouts, but with you I do, I'm even looking forward to the next day), your exercises are more interesting, because you are doing variations and the thing I prefer most at your workouts - you are always doing a warm-up and a cool-down, even when it's just a 5 Minute workout. This adds a "self-care-part" on your videos. So so nice. Thank you sssssssssso much for your work. I hope you can understand my English (it's rubbish). Best wishes and warm hugs from Germany ❤️

    Today is my second day doing this workout and it is AMAZING. I'm having so much fun with all your workouts and now doing them because it's fun not because I feel like I have to. My abs are burning so bad but I love it and the most amazing thing is that just after one day I saw and felt more results than after some 7day challenges with which I didn't have nearly as much fun as with this!     Doing this everyday!!
    Day 1: it was painful during the workout, but afterwards I was fine however felt nauseous.
    Day 2: It was somewhat easier to do the workout.
    Day 3: definitely more easier to do on day 3
    Day 4: I seem to feel more flexible.

    Girl i love your workouts! I do mainly lower abs but still! In 7 minutes my abs is burning like a hell what is for me hard to get from for example 20 minutes abs workout from other youtubers. I'm waiting for more, LOVE!!
