I absolutely love this workout ! I really like the fact that you explain every movements, and that there isn't any timer ; I feel like it makes me more focused on having a good form than having to do the exercices as fast as possible !
I have worked out nearly everyday for the last 10 years with several famous trainers. Once in a while, I come across ones like yours. It's refreshing and genuine. The reps are just the right amount and I love the new movements to keep my routines new and exciting. Thanks for the good work. If others like me, I do the double pulses for each movement to make it even more challenging. I will do more of your SBP as you recommend for the advanced.
I am really new at pilates. Defiantly works, my core is stronger and have noticed in my yoga practise, also love it works my lower abs I find it so hard to find a core workout that truly targets them, they are a lot harder to wake up but the breathing in the begging is perfect for that

This is one of the best pilates videos I've seen. Most of them are good, but I don't feel challenged as much as I'd like, but this one did! The gorgeous beach is a bonus.😄♥️

usually during abs workouts, my back hurts A LOT. With this video and this pace I was able to do all the exercises without my back hurting!! I'm so happy!!
so i did this this morning instead of my regular cardio (didnt feel like putting on a sports bra) and girl i swear i have a strong center lol... but maybe the belief that my center is so strong is the reason i dont do ab focused workouts. this was definitely a challenge for me!! i had to focus more on my strength than my pain to get thru lol. thanks!!!!!!!!!!
Firstly i love the music it kept me calm secondly being new to pilates this was great as a beginner it wasn’t too hard to do yet i could feel my ab muscles begin to work again after so many years lol. I think the last portion is gonna take practice to do correctly i got confused but over all great ab workout thank you!!
I love this! One of the best pilates abs targetting routines I've tried! I love how she eases into each workout instead of merely showing modifications. It makes you encouraged to just do the exercise. I really feel my abs on this one. Tough but I actually did the whole thing! Haha.
Be consistent. This really helps. I have already got my ideal weight and just to get those perfect abs and for the further maintenance I make sure to do this workout everyday( and lost much more of my weight 😅😅)

That is such a great idea to do it a few times though!! You can definitely take those advanced options from the start as well
3 rounds would be 45mins wouldn't it be a bit too much ?

This actually gave me abs! I do it everyday I see major definition! This is definitely my go-to and new favorite. That last exercise is sooo good.
