    Took a break from working out to try and heal my relationship with exercising in general and I’ve found that Pilates are perfect for my needs. I love how Pilates offer mindfulness within each exercise. Thank you for this video! I’ll be back tomorrow 😊

      Same here! It’s the perfect kind of in between: there’s no expectations and rigorous exercise- it’s peaceful- but you still work what you want and get results!!

      I find myself in the same situation. Working out can be worse for my health (especially mental health) if it feels worst. I find that Lottie's videos are so calm (yet intense), they make you feel like you WANT to do this. They're relaxing, go by fast and work you hard. It's really been my go to exercise in the past few months.

    i recently got into pilates and i just want to say i really like the way you guide us through the workout instead of just doing it with some annoying background music. this felt so relaxing and i finally felt like i was doing the right thing. thank you!

    I am 72 and pretty fit but it's harder now to do cardio because of stress to knees and feet. Pilates is wonderful and you are so careful and methodical I don't feel like I am stressing or injuring my body. I love mixing and matching your workouts. Thank you!

    just tried this, I am 16 and I used to be a dancer, I can really say that this really is a good workout! I loved it, going to do it every day together with my 45 min run !

    This is my first pilates exercise i started doing and i can say it’s one of my favorites now. i don’t do any other core workouts anymore this covers everything i feel so good!!

    I really enjoyed this workout! I left feeling motivated, strong and accomplished- also I could keep up, the exercises were just the right amount of challenging that I had to push and focus while not constantly needing to take breaks! Thankyou, so many times I finish other workouts feeling like I didn't actually work anything or I feel defeated because it was to hard/Fast.

    This was such a great workout, probably the best one I’ve come across for abs. Lottie is such a good teacher and i would recommend this workout to anyone new or old to Pilates.

    Oh I felt this all the way through and the next day I knew I’d done an abs and core session. I also felt it during my run and for the rest of the day.😊It was great!

    Started Pilates literally today and didn’t know how I’d feel about it (been used to the fast-paced ab workouts that shout at you not to quit lol) and I’ve got to say this is so nice. It feels peaceful and goes really quickly because you feel like you’re building strength rather than overworking, even though it’s literally harder than a work out. I see myself keeping this up

    I’ve always felt I have a weak core. First time I did this workout I was so exhausted I had to take breaks in between. I feel totally different now after doing this almost everyday for 1.5 months, I’m following it with the same ease as lotti ❤ thanks for this

    I usually only have done CrossFit ab workouts and things like that and at first showed good results but my body adapted to that and I started to loose may abs again, I heard about pilates ab and core workouts, was kinda skeptical but jeez the burn was unexpected and I feel like I worked muscles I didn't even know I had, thank you so much for making these videos free

    I've been having back pain (at 23!)-- after learning correct postures I realized my core is too weak to hold them. I suppose strengthening one relaxes the other. Amazing, thanks!

    Excellent explanations of the mechanics and great overall video. You pack a lot of good work into 15 minutes, will need to work up to doing the exercises well for the entire 15 minute interval. Thanks!

    Lottie, I loved this workout. However, I have a problem with sensitivity at the base of my spine and cannot do the roll-ups and roll-downs. Would you suggest some modifications or perhaps another one of your videos that addresses core and abs. Thanks!

      I am new in Pilates and that roll down sitting position,I go all the way down.With roll up,I can't do it slowly.I guess it is due to the weak core muscles.Do you have any videos to prepare ourselves for roll ups and roll downs?Thank you!

      I used to struggle with this sensitivity too and I started to do Pilates for lower back strength and this has been almost eradicated!
