- Stretching is SO important for your body and something we should all aim to do more often. Plus, it’s the perfect way to relax after a long, stressful day. I mean, can I just stay like this forever?? Today I’m bringing you 5 stretches that will help you increase your flexibility along with 5 tips on how to have a positive mindset. The body and mind are connected, so let’s take care of them both!

What I do when I'm stressed, angry or depressed:
1) I try to analyse the situation as to what is actually happening at that moment and try to understand my emotions.
2) If I'm really REALLY sad, then I just let it all out. I cry until my cheeks hurt, but then I promise to myself to NEVER ever get sad on that topic again and not to shed tears anymore.
3) I like to figure out by myself and try to find my solutions. But if I fail, I straight go to my parents and tell them what's bothering me. I feel like they gives you the finest and blunt truth and even solve your problems.
4) I listen to music and try to soothe myself down.
And....I LOVE YOU CASSEY! You are really a inspiration for me and I generally try your stretching exercises to calm myself down. Please keep uploading more and MORE! LOVE YOU!

I have been holding onto a lot of negative emotions towards my husband the past few days and this really helped me to release all the negativity and I feel motivated to talk to him today and forgive him for my own well being.
Beautiful. Unfortunately I was sick from Christmas Eve, through Christmas and the day after with the common cold. I'm just starting to feel a bit better so I decided to try this out for today and tomorrow I'll get back into my normal routine. This felt so nice. Thank you😊💕
My girlfriend recommended your blog to me cause I was trying to start working out again and this was the first video I watched and this was exactly what I needed to hear. I got out of a 5-year relationship earlier this year and am currently in another country for work but I completely agree you are the only person that has control over your own happiness. I was so unhappy in my relationship and my life at that moment, I tried communicating to my partner the reasons why I was unhappy, that I wanted us to do more than just watch Netflix at home (among other reasons) but he was not listening to me. So I ended it and have been slowly rediscovering myself again and finding activities that bring me joy. I tell myself similar things to stay positive but hearing them in this video oddly reaffirmed to me that I am making the right moves and decisions even if it scares me or I doubt myself. I am not perfect but am on the long road to becoming the best version of me I can be. So thank you.

This has been the most tension releasing stretch I have ever done. What helped the most was you talking about how to think positively. I've tried other relax sessions but this has been the best one.

I'm finally loosing weight. I have lost 5bls and kept it. Because I do my own workouts. I do basic stuff. I feel like I found my own peace. It just feels so good inside. Ty for making yoga videos. I love u and love ur flow. Bye bye. Ty. Oh yeah I stopped drinking soda.
This is AWESOME! Creating a positive mindset while doing stretches is a 2 in 1 deal. I'm excited to be able to share this with all of my friends next week so we may continue to hold onto a positive mindset as well as a healthy stretch in our life.

I use to "laugh" at those kind of videos before thinking who the hell is listening to these kind of cheesy motivational videos. The things you are talking about in this video are kinda obvious but then i realized that in time of sadness, especially ones that you cannot really control ( mental health related ), you need someone to tell you these things you kind of already know can make a big change in your life with simple words and especially with kindness and that's exactly how you did it Cassey. You never sound patronizing to me but always soft and kind and this video eased my soul and body tonight. Thank you that's all I really needed right now :)

Last Summer I did your workouts everyday and i felt great and looked great, then school became so busy I didn't have time or so i thought and it took a toll on my life physically but also emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I am so glad i got back into your workouts and even two of my friends joined for a little bit. I work out by myself again but i am motivated everyday to not quit because of you! When I'm down, I dance to make myself feel better. Or I just hang out with friends, that helps a lot. If I'm angry or nervous, I do a few push-ups to rid my body of the negative energy that has accumulated. This usually takes my mind off the things that are causing worry as I eventually get physically tired and unable to focus on that stuff anymore.
Me on a normal day: Let's try this out how bad could it be?
Me on my period: Emmm should I try it? (Touches the floor with hands feels the regret) never mind I'm gonna watch her do it

I really enjoyed the stretching and the real talk today. I was beating myself up from yesterday about some issues I could have handled better, but today I chose to grow from what was making me upset and be the boss. Today I had a test.I had to run 1km in 4 minutes and I did it in 5:11.I could do it in 4 minutes, but my friends couldn't.Everytime they stopped,I did too.At a time I told them that I have to go faster and they agreed.So I'm not happy with myself.(another reason is I go track and field lessons,soooo...my progress wasn't good for me).
