It would be really awesome if you could work together to create a Beginner's Yoga Calendar just like your Beginner's Pilates Calendar! I just tried this video and while I'm not the greatest at these stances, it was really relaxing and helpful. I've been wanting to get into yoga and have no clue where to start. Just a thought :)

Well... isn't it interesting, that the child thought, that Cassey wasn't speaking, but in fact she was just using foreingh language?

I run a lot and didn't realise how tight I was until I started doing yoga. This has helped me relax after a day at work and helped me release some of that tension built up from running! definitely going to start doing more yoga as an evening ritual.
You guys have a killer energy! I really enjoyed this quick session, sun salutation is an awesome way to warm up and gently stretch the body muscles. Thank you!
