    split squat jumps are my achilles heel, I'D RATHER DO BURPEES. THERE, I SAID IT.

    For any of you gals or guys who have a hard time trying to do this dont give up!! I've been doing this workout for atleast 8 months now and I've seen the results (if you eat right too). Even my friends say my legs look smaller yay! If you find it hard you don't have to do it 4 times total, you can start 2 times, then another day start with 3 and just do it over and over for like 2 months; i used to cant do this exercise 4 times but now I can :) you will get the results just like i did, because everyone has their own pace and level of difficulty so dont give up guys :) Thanks Cassey for this vid

    I was in so much pain during the mountain climbers that I didn't even notice my cat was biting my hand :D. My arm is covered in scratches now.

    Pheeww I managed to do this three times today instead of just one! although I cannot even finish one without a lot of stops lol

      Emily Welp, I did 4x through and you don’t see results the first day, but you’ll feel sore which for me gives me more motivation because I know that the workouts are working. You should see results a week through with a good diet, but don’t just quit after you see results keep on doing it.

    7 years later and I am returning to this workout. Your workouts kept me in the best shape as a junior+senior in high school, and had to return to an oldie but a brutal goodie. #nostalgia

    I've tried intense 90 min workouts, and wound up too exhausted the next day to work out properly. Doing 30 min of Cassey every morning is magic. And fun!
    This workout is one of her best :)

    I've just started working out and I'm working up to 4! So far I can only do 1 with lots of stops, but I'm DETERMINED! Practice makes progress :)

    Cassey, after you've done a lot of videos, and start shaking, is it better to continue or rest? I know shaking is caused because you put your muscles to the point where they aren't used to be during excercising, so what do you think one should do?

      If it gets to the point where you are shaking so badly that you can't hold proper form then try child's pose and come back when you're ready! Or if you're really still struggling then try working a different body part...

    I've done a lot of Cassey's cardio workouts, but this one is BY FAR my most hated/loved one! It was sooo hard I had to stop several times! I'm not gonna be able to move tomorrow after the rest of my workout....

    As a Popster that’s been doing Blogilates for years and has overcome her fear of Food Baby, Train Insane HIIT and the Revenge Workout...this, this right here, still gets my anxiety going. It feels good to complete 4 rounds but man is it hard.

    Not being able to keep up with Cassey's cardio routines is discouraging me; without cardio, one can pretty much forget about fat loss.

      Everyone has a starting point. No one starts off an expert. The key is to keep going and feeling satisfaction when you make small improvements. And when you finally are able to do it, you'll feel extra proud of yourself. If everything in life was so easy... then the milestones we reach wouldn't feel like a big deal.

      I know how you feel:/ I hate to take a break at the five minute mark. All of her HIIT workouts kill me. But hopefully if we repeat them enough we'll get better

    Burpees are my favourite exercise! I've become immune to the pain after practising them for so long and I love that they target every area, building muscle and burning that fat! ~Learn to love the burn~ Thanks Cassey

    Thank you Cassey! You've helped me so much and I've already seen results! For anyone who thinks they can't do all four, you can! I couldn't do them the first 2 days and I only did it twice, but after a few days I got used to it and I've been doing it for over a two months now :) xx

    Cassey, I have a quieston. When you're following the calander. Do you have to do these HIIT videos 1 time like in the calender or 4 times like in the video?

      I believe when she says to do it four times in the video, she's considering the possibility the person isn't following the calendar. And it's best to work out appx 45 minutes, which doing the video 4 times would add up to.
      But if you're following the calendar, the videos on each day add up to appx 45 minutes. So I'd say no if you're using that.

    This was the first Cassey video I ever did back in June! Just did it again today to replace the BB4 Awesomesauce Arms (because I have been being lazy with my cardio) and it was so much easier than it was in June! Thanks Cassey!

    Is it better to do a workout on an empty stomach or like an hour after you eat? Also what time of day is the best for a work out??!!

      There is no the best time for working out. You can do it whenever you want or can. In the morning it'll help you to wake up (but you shouldn't do this just after you woke up, you should drink a glass of water and after about 30 min you can start your workout) and in the evening it'll help you to sleep better (just don't go to bed at once after workout). About eating - in the morning you can have a glass of water as I said and some fruit (banana), in other ways just like you wrote an hour after you eat. Hope it'll help you :) Stay healthy :)

      I don't think you should do workout on an empty stomach, you'll be hungry as hell and after your workout you'll eat whatever you like (junk food) and you'll think you already burned the calories you're goign to eat, so eat and wait a little bit then start your workout and just as Мария Сергеева said there's no perfect or the "best time for working out" evey moment of your day is good for working out but you have to do it with passion so you can get through it 'cause we're all in this (i quoted that from Cassey :D )

      I actually workout an hour after I eat or Ițll be feeling sick while I'm doing the exercises. Sometimes I would eat a tiny bit of dark chocolate to give me energy and because our body burns sugar and carbs during the first 15 minutes of the workout, which is kinda awesome

    I feel like no matter what I do, my wrists always hurt. Even if I put my hands into fists. It makes half these exercises impossible because I'm in excruciating pain and can't do anything that involves using my arms to keep myself up ):

      At first I had this problem too.. but after 3 months of continously doing these workouts it was all gone! You just have to slowly work your way up but do not put too much pressure on your wrists if your just starting with workouts :)

      I’m waiting for the day that scientists prove that gravity increases whenever you do jumping lunges. Because this excercise basically prooves it without the scientists

    HIIT is very intense (obviously) and if you're not doing it 3 times a week it can take a lot longer to get used to and you'll need more time to recover in between moves. It's completely normal to have to stop in the middle every now and then to catch your breath. HIIT is supposed to make you out of breath. Over time you'll get better at it.

      Change your attitude first. When you say you can't do something, you're right. You can't simply because you gave up. Do what you can and modify for whatever is too advanced.

      Guess who is back!!! hahaha after 4 months doing blogilates and eating clean i can see myself more toned. I remember when i posted that comment how frustrated i was and about to give up, but i didn't!! And now i can do this, still struggling but i can finish it without stopping.     Oh my this is so hard!! After a couple weeks of resting from training. I hope this will take me back on track again. So hard exercise, but soo fun and inspiring!! Hello beach body 2015 👏💁💪

    It's Cassey's free workout calendar - the one from October and now for November this year. People who sign up for her Newsletter get a password to her calendar a day before it starts, so you don't have to think too much about what workout you have to do when.

    o my fricken gosh!!! I finished the abtoberfest 30 day calendar challenge!!! AHAHAHA... first time ever doing a challenge with Cassey before.. I was completely inactive be4 starting the challenge... so it was definitely very challenging and DEFINITELY COULD NOT DO EXACTLY WHAT SHE WAS DOING.. u know the occasional collapse, pausing all the time, and just you know... DYING!!! BUT I AM SOO PROUD OF MYSELF..!!

    CASSIEEE! I'm sorry I really wish you would tell us how many more we have to do because sometimes it feels like it won't ever end and it discourages me from finishing something and not quitting.

    It might be a bit of both - if you feel too impatient you can always take you non-HIIT workouts up a notch and add weights when possible, else take your time, they are supposed to be challenging so there are no need to feel discouraged! I tried this one for the first time 1 and a half year ago, and it's still hard for me, but I can definitely feel a difference, even though I haven't worked super intense all this while!

    Just finished...I think I'm only gonna be able to do it once. First time really working out in a while!
