    I swear if all junk food or buffets had the title of this video on it as a warning that if you pig out then you have to do this video... I think I would walk awaaaayyy from the food lol.

    After doing the 100 Burpee Burnout i started with this and after doing the star jumps i thought: no way i'm gonna be able to push through. So i turned off my laptop and wanted to go have some breakfast. But before even leaving my livingroom i told myself: no! Your are NOT a quitter! Shame on you! So i walked straight back to my laptop and finished what i started. We can do this popsters! Believe in yourself! Like Cassey said: the mind is stronger than your muscley ! ♥

    up until now, after a lot of excercises I've done, this is still the scariest one. I'm willing to do the 100 burpree burnout, even twice, rather than food baby hiit

    I think knowing the time makes it harder to concentrate on the actual move for me, because i'm like "only one minute? that's so short!" and then i say "I thought it was short why isn't done after five seconds?" haha

      I would prefer to see a watch. So I can look at it and think wow another second just passed. And then only 20 left, I get that. But so I'm unmotivated, because it feels like it's endless.

    I do this workout since 2012, I love how my legs looked like while working out with you Cassey. I changed my routine a bit, but here I am again because I liked my results with your exercises. Keep up your work, you are such a positive person that the toughest workout seems easier with you. I've seen videos commenting your diet, looks and what else not. Please, pay no atention whatsoever to people whose videos are just talk and after watching them I regret those wasted 10 minutes during which I could've finished a whole workout on your channel...

    I've done this once in 2012 and that was enough to make me run away from it haha. But it was also the video that got me into Blogilates! So I have a love-hate relationship with this video heheh

      same! and I sure hope so because I literally went into the toilet after 5 minutes and just sat down and took deep breaths 'cause I was that sure I was gonna either throw up or pass out. Haha taking a mini break until my heart stops pounding like it's gonna jump out.. but I'm gonna finish it tho!

    My favorite thing about winter is the weather. I live in Florida so cool weather feels so good. Also I love the feel of it, Christmas music everyone, the Christmas cookies, the movies around winter. I also love the style and clothes of winter. I love winter!

    Doing this after a 100 burpees gets you so good. I feel so dead, but yet so satisfied! Now only one more video and I'm done with Day 10 of JanYOUare 2015! :D

    Casey! Thank you so much for keeping me fit! I remember doing this workout on the 1st of June (for the June calendar) and I had to take breaks after every set of moves. Today, however, I managed to do the whole workout without stopping!

    i got so scared of this workout the first time after doing this! upon finding out this was one of the workouts for 10th january, I WAS TERRIFIED and was prepared to leave this one out :P but i got through it and it was definitely much easier this time around :) thanks cassey for keeping me motivated with pilates! i've seen changes in my body that i never thought i could achieve and i'm continuing this journey!

    Did this workout for the first time 5 years ago. To this day this workout is still a killer! If I ever sabotage myself and say I don't have time to do a calendar day workout, this is my go to! Really motivates me to make time for the calendar workouts!

    Of course this would be on Day 1 of #Decemburn! Oh my goodness.This is one of the workouts that I really dread, because I always feel like dying halfway through it!     I think I've finally done it... I'm no longer afraid of this workout! Just a year ago, I couldn't get through it without either pausing the video or crying, but I just did the whole video on only a couple quick sips of water. Stay strong, people; it does get easier!

    Today was torturous... I am terrified of counting how many breaks I had to take through all of the workouts! But I somehow got to the very end! Thank you Cassey for introducing the feeling of success to me when I finish a workout! I found your videos about a year ago and ever since then, I've been addicted. Still can't get consistent with the exercising, but I'm trying!

    I did this completely through along with today's pop hiit to (sort of) make up for yesterday's feast that I wasn't supposed to overindulge in. It was tough, but I did it all the way through without stopping! Yay!

      went slightly better than expected! I made it through the first four moves without pausing (except a tiny little baby break, I missed one of the star jumps) but had to take about 30 seconds between each of the last four moves. I'm drenched.

    JUST FINISHED DAY 4 OF MOVEMBER!!! Haha, it's 12:30am here, and I have school tomorrow XP (I'm a day late because we get the the calendar a day late here in Australia on this side of the hemisphere!) Thanks so much for a great workout Cassey! I'm seriously worn out! :D Just one thing, could you please put a few more beginner variations, because I just started the monthly calendar after doing the beginners', and so it's a little difficult for me to keep up :P I think it'd be very helpful for beginner Popsters like me, and also for people who may be re-starting Blogilates after a break :) But thank you so much already!       Donna Julia I was too but really don't be intimidated by the number. She breaks it down into sets of 10 and it's really not so bad. We do a lot of burpees in other vids ^^

    So freaking exhausted. I could barely do these haha. I would do five of each of the moves, then take a five second break between the next five. 0_0 I think yesterday's stuff killed my legs, so today I'm a bit weaker in that department. :P

      Magnimazing [[NibblyBits]] yeah but sometimes after I work my abs out my legs hurt because a lot of lower ab stuff involves legs you know

      ^ I agree with Caitlin; although the workouts primarily targeted your abs, in order to effectively work out your abs you have to make use of your legs, which is what you were doing whilst working on your abs. Plus, I had gone on a run that day.

      I'm the opposite. I feel more energized when it's cloudy. I think it's because I live in Arizona and it's always hot here and I feel lethargic from the heat, so when it's cloudy it gives me energy to do stuff.

    a few weeks ago, i did the video taking 30 seconds breaks every 2 exercices, and today i did it with only 30 seconds break before the mountain climber !! im so happy ! these videos are SO effective !!! thank you so much Cassey ! i have improved so much because of you !

    just a little tip: i usually like how cassey pushes me through a workout while listening to her, but in this workout i really enjoy listening to music, it keeps me going harder :)

    Cassey, everytime I see this workout I want to cry! This workout is so hard and never gets easier but I love the way it makes me feel afterwards! :)

    there was a time when split squat jumps was the hardest for me. now it is not! so happy that I am getting stronger :))

    This is a perfect workout usually yeah when it's a special time of the year I always workout but when I don't have time I feel that food baby for sure but putting on a workout like this . Your so creative and a joy to work with keep it going girl:) enjoy 2016

    OMG lastnight i had a crazy yolo meal...a full large pizza with candy cookies brownies and hot coco..after this workout i do not regret a single thing i ate .. this was hell but it made me feel better

    Well, I do blogilates for... 2 years probably, although not daily now, and I really fear this workout! I'll try to push though for the first time ^^

    Hey Cassie. Thank you so much! I really appreciate this. I never splurge much on dessert and eat a bunch at buffets and struggle with body issues, so when I came back after a giant and caloric meal, I nearly cried. This is a life saver. You are a life saver

    I have always been a girl that is slim without having to do anything for it. When I found you Cassey, I knew I wanted to do your excercises, monthly calender, not to lose weight, but to feel fit and be able to do stairs without breathing like moose. (Yes I said moose)
    This video was really hard for me and I paused it 2 times, catching my breath and telling myself I could not do it. Every time I pressed play again and heard you say I could do it, and I did!!! Thank you so much, Cassey

      I feel you! I always fear how dang tired I'm going to feel. Especially when getting to split jump squats. ToT
