    This is actually the best cardio workout for me and my favourite ^_^ I do it 4x at least everyday plus some of her abs and arms videos and I saw an immense change. When I first started I was struggling to do it once...
    I dropped two sizes and I actually have some arm muscles now. Thank-you so much Cassie for making me healthier! If I go through one day without doing at least one of your videos it doesn't feel right anymore haha.

    This has always been my favorite workout every since I was in middle school and now that I am in college I'm still doing this! Love you so much Casey!!! Please do more videos like this❤️

    I have done this routine for years! It's my favourite. I repeat it when I want to restart to exercise after a long time of not doing.

    I'm doing this 4x a day plus 1 pilates workout and the 5 minute ab express for 4 days and my friends and my relatives saw a difference. Wow.

    Been focusing on this workout for my cardio for the past week and a half, already noticing changes in my endurance if nothing else! I do it 3 times with no break in between and a minute break before the fourth time! Gets me so sweaty and my heart rate up high!!

    I remember when I used to be able to do 4 in a row :( Now I can only do 3 & I'm already dying! PLUS, I'm completely cheating on the burpees. This time I'm not gonna quit, I'm gonna stay on this fitness & health train for life!

      Upppdaaaate, I can do 4 now all the way through! I get kinda tired by the 4th one but it's doable :) I still can't do a full pushup but I try my best anyways with the burpees :)

    this is my fav- workout i'm a dancer so i kinda have to keep skinny 1 for the boys 2 i have to be able to move quick so this is great

      I'm a dancer too, chica! I definitely only exercise for myself though and to make sure I don't lose the figure I've been on my toes for for the past 10 years. xD Good luck to your training!

      Sorry this is so late! I combined it with strict clean eating along with the occasional weekend treats haha but mainly every other day since you should work up to doing it everyday. Hope that helps! Hanna Attouz

    Did anyone actually see a difference in their body if they did this 4x a day, everyday for a week or 2? Or do we have to add additional workout videos along with it? Help!

      you can support it with other pop pilates videos to tone up. you should see a change then and of course if you eat clean :D

      Well I just used my HRM and I burned only 30 cals from this workout, so you'd have to combine a bunch of the blogilates videos at least to burn fat - but you'd probably build some muscle too. But this alone may not do a huge difference quickly, you have to add some of her other videos as well :)

      Try to do different workouts instead of the same workouts, your body will get used to it an so your body won't have to work as hard, so your burning less calories

    cassey you're amazing! i've been doing cardio for almost 3 weeks now, in combination with toning. i had the worst stomach and NOW IT'S GONE!! my bum is firming up, and my thighs are slimming, i've almost got my perfect bikini body. even my skin is becoming clearer and i'm feeling so much happier. and the best part is i don't have to have a strict diet, i can have treats occassionally too! now i do this every second day, 5 times in a row i'm so happy thank you :))) doing it every day is too hard

    Did this today instead of the Shuffle a Truffle Treadmill workout. Love this HIIT routine because it is not overly difficult, but still leaves me drenched in sweat by the time I am done with the 4 rounds! On to abs!

    Phew! My heart is pump pump pumping right. Thank you for this awesome cardio workout. I'm about to begin round four. I bought a Train Like a Beast Look Like a Beauty water bottle and I love it.
