This is actually the best cardio workout for me and my favourite ^_^ I do it 4x at least everyday plus some of her abs and arms videos and I saw an immense change. When I first started I was struggling to do it once... I dropped two sizes and I actually have some arm muscles now. Thank-you so much Cassie for making me healthier! If I go through one day without doing at least one of your videos it doesn't feel right anymore haha.

Well I just used my HRM and I burned only 30 cals from this workout, so you'd have to combine a bunch of the blogilates videos at least to burn fat - but you'd probably build some muscle too. But this alone may not do a huge difference quickly, you have to add some of her other videos as well :)
Try to do different workouts instead of the same workouts, your body will get used to it an so your body won't have to work as hard, so your burning less calories
cassey you're amazing! i've been doing cardio for almost 3 weeks now, in combination with toning. i had the worst stomach and NOW IT'S GONE!! my bum is firming up, and my thighs are slimming, i've almost got my perfect bikini body. even my skin is becoming clearer and i'm feeling so much happier. and the best part is i don't have to have a strict diet, i can have treats occassionally too! now i do this every second day, 5 times in a row i'm so happy thank you :))) doing it every day is too hard

Did this today instead of the Shuffle a Truffle Treadmill workout. Love this HIIT routine because it is not overly difficult, but still leaves me drenched in sweat by the time I am done with the 4 rounds! On to abs!
