I’ve been doing this workout (4 weeks) and along with a whole playlist of her Pilate workouts for an hour. And let me just say that these workouts are very effective!! I do these everyday and my body has definitely gotten toner and my waist is definitely slimmer. By doing these Pilate videos, I was able to achieve an abs line in the middle of my stomach, which motivated and encouraged me to do these workouts even more! Everyday, the videos get easier and I promise y’all that these videos work!

I'm going to do a 5 WEEK challenge doing this video, because I want a slimmer waist and am trying to glowup and lose weight for the new school year. My weight before dieting was 55kg, I dieted for a while without doing the videos and I am now at 52.5 kg. My goal weight is 45 kg, so I’m going to try and reach that by dieting and using these videos :) Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ (my core was still burning from doing this the day before) Day 3: ❌ had to skip because I had an all day commitment Day 4: ✅ (I could really feel the burn again) Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ❌ I forgot 💀 Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ❌ Day 11: ✅ (could feel the excercises becoming easier!) i’ve been working out for a while now and i can say, workout even if you don’t feel like it. i promise you, you’ll feel refreshed and sooo much better knowing you worked out despite the fact you didn’t want to! obviously, there should be rest days; and if you feel VERY tired to the point you can’t move, rest ! but other than that, this has helped me stay consistent:)

My weight before dieting was 55kg, I dieted for a while without doing the videos and I am now at 52.5 kg. My goal weight is 45 kg, so I’m going to try and reach that by dieting and using these videos :)

To make things more challenging I’m going to move to a different workout plan now but if you’re a beginner, I highly recommend these excercises!

INFO: I haven't done any workout for months therefore I'm starting with just 1 set per day I might add other workout if I can push myself for another one. My diet is simple i reduce a few portion of rice before starting to exercise.

i’ve been working out for a while now and i can say, workout even if you don’t feel like it. i promise you, you’ll feel refreshed and sooo much better knowing you worked out despite the fact you didn’t want to! obviously, there should be rest days; and if you feel VERY tired to the point you can’t move, rest ! but other than that, this has helped me stay consistent:)
