Best instructional video I’ve come across-thank you! Clear and concise. The dual views and details about proper placements really helped me out. This is a perfect video for someone who struggles with inattentive ADHD.
It's interesting to see so many back videos, some by doctors, which do not cover strenthening your abs. A large portion of preventing lower back pain, is strong abs. You dont need to be super ripped, bit you do need a strong core to support your lower back.
Excercises and variations and even progressions were excellent.
I like how concise you are with demonstrating proper form. The different angles are great, as I become a little self-conscious about doing these right. Thanks for what you do!

If it is a physical therapist to help with back .its worth the cost. I have two slipped discs and the pt helped .I can break it into portions and get 5 miles walked on days I walk. Checking with Dr prior to a workout that's new to you is wise.

I have a slipped disc and back pain in my lowest back extremities at the bottom of my spine, is it OK for me to do these exercises.?
I would definitely check with your doctor who knows you first. Discs typically respond differently well to extension exercise but not always. It definitely depends on the type of herniation, the individual, and what other issues are causing symptoms.

If I do the leg lift exercises standing up, would it work only the glutes, not much of the low back? I've lost the spine curves and my neck is very weak. Low back too. Prone exercises are tough. Actually most postures are, without sagittal balance. Would you have any neck strengthening exercises too?
Mute button works well. Breathing exercises can be done leading up to the video.

Sets? Reps? How often to hold each rep? And do you do all these every day or should you pick one or two?
2 sets of 10. 30 seconds each. You can do it everyday but it depends on your schedule.
I strengthen my back by giving my sister a piggyback ride, like in shallow water, beach, or poolside. It's fun!
Six months ago I had a lumbar fusion. I’ve had no physical therapy and would like to strengthen my back. Are these exercises okay for me?
It would definitely be good to speak to your doctor first. I do also have a video after lumbar fusion, but again, definitely check with your doctor on your precautions.

By starting on Tactility and bands, the dumbbells will begin using more lugs and tugs less dead meatiness. 🎉
Are these good for stenosis?
Definitely good to check with your doctor as typically stenosis does better with flexion and a neutral spine. Check out this video I did on stenosis:

This is all cool, but for older people, or severe overweight people, or people who just had an injury. Everyone else not in above categories, just do regular weight exercises, run, or swim and you gonna cover all body muscles and do it even much better. This exercises, I be honest, you gonna get more exercise carrying your groceries bags from store to your car. I feel getting relaxed just watching this stretching exercises and geting sleepy and I already feel yawning. And no, you are not getting this body with this exercises. For losing weight and look better in general the main thing is to eat heatly (usualy that first means less food for most people, get good sleep and drink lots of lots of water. You basicaly cant drink enough and your pee should be almost clear water. Again this is more stretching which is fine and very helpful if a person in one of the 3 mentioned categories above, but not the best out there for building a realt strong back. For realy a strong back and i mean strong, just use the cable machine at the gym and pull down the cable with a heavy weight on it. Then when it gets easier increase again the weight and keep doing that. But dont foeget to eat a lots of proteins, and i mean a lot of proteins, else you won't have the material to build that strong superman or superwoman back.
