Appreciated the videography in this -- especially the overhead shots. Really helped to get a better view of the movement/s. Nagging left knee pain that I hope and pray glute medius focused exercises will alleviate. Thank you, Dr. Ennis.
Thank you so very much for providing this very helpful info in a quick and to the point manner. Really appreciate the lack of “witty banter”. My knee pains and hip tightness just got you another fan. These are 5 exercises already helping. Thx thx thx!
I really appreciate the details about how to position all your body parts to get the best effectiveness from your exercise. very important and very helpful ❤
Hi Dr, there are great exercises, I was trying to figure out how many times each exercise is to be done, can you please mention that next time. I was trying to read the description and the comments and I am lost.
These are great, thank you! I had TKR 5 years ago and had I known about these exercises I may have avoided the surgery! I went back to PT last month to see if they had any new PT exercises I could continue doing to keep my knees strong, and after evaluating me, they discovered my hips are very tight and my glutes are very weak! Three of your exercises in this video are ones they've recommended. So glad I found your video, thank you!
Thanks Doc !! 4 weeks post meniscus surgery ( partial meniscus removal) and my PT instructor only gives me loads of Quads exercises. A few PT guys online say it is equally important or more important even to develop the gluts properly ! So I'm doing the Gluts exercises on my own now also. Thanks for the very clear instructions !!
A sign I am getting old. I seem to have a few of your videos constantly open for shoulders, neck and knees. You sorted the hip and back! I keep going. But thanks. I so much appreciate the quick and to the point guides.
Starting to realize that the hips and knees depend upon each other for strength and support. For example, if my left knee hurts, so does my left hip. Thanks for these exercises...felt good!
Thank you so much Dr. Kristie for this video. I am so happy that there are no squats or lunges. Over the years my knees have developed really bad arthritis, so squats and lunges are a no no for me. I also have really bad bursitis on both thighs. Can you create a video with exercises for that.
I am from India. I am so happy I came across your vlog. Thank you so much for these exercises. Will definitely try them & hopefully my knee pain will reduce.😊
Hey, this is a great demonstration and I appreciate your different camera angles! 👍🏼 I had knee surgery to repair, 😝 a meniscus tear. My knee is still not right three years later.
I've been diagnosed with chondromalacia patella and am looking forward to trying these exercises to alleviate my knee pain. Thank you for providing these free demonstrations.
Thanks i will add these to my glute and lower back workout. I injured my lower spine and had perifurmis muscle atrophy while taking opioids, the other muscles tighten up and was just doing clam shells went to physical therapist got rid most pain now need to strengthen glute area. Thanks!
Beautiful lady with great knowledge and an adorable personality. Thank you for this! I will be giving all of this a try. High hopes for the first time that i may have found something successful and doable! ❤
Awesome! Will do these happily! I have an issue with my left knee and in doing jazzersize classes sometimes I move a certain way, oops, my knee! TY for doing this video. Best explain! ❤️👍
Best physio channel on RUclips by far! What added benefit does having your feet open for the frog bridge exercise add? I've been doing it for awhile, but usually keep my feet parallel (not flared out).
I have been working on my glutes a lot, they feel great. I tried the leg press machine and overdid it, I felt a nasty squish that moved distal inside my knee. After a week of pain and limping I discovered a tight distal quad muscle to massage and the pain went away. Next I need to find exercises to strengthen the corresponding quad muscles. One of the comments connecting hip and knee pain peaked my interest as I have been having hip pain also since this happened.
Usually bubbly people annoy me lol but you are for some reason delightful 😅 i really appreciate these exercises. Im going to heal my knees!!! Thank you so much! ❤
I cannot thank you enough for your thoughtful and careful video instructions. I’m one of the unfortunate ones with hypermobility (Ehlers-Danlos spectrum). This makes it extremely difficult for me to stretch my muscles because my ligaments just stretch , leaving my muscles tight. I also have moderate-severe scoliosis (no surprise, I’m sure.) Any help you can provide for tight pectorals and neck/upper back would be most helpful. I swim and play Pickleball, as well as walk and do yoga (very carefully). I wish you were in Albuquerque, so I could see you in person. I haven’t found anyone as helpful as you locally. With gratitude.

Dear Doc ...in other words it is better to do bridges to protect knees like you showed us in first exercise.I have a bit of pain in one knee...i will do it froggie syle from now on...thank you!
I’m in the UK and suffering with both knees, I’ve discovered all the exercises the nhs are telling me to do are just making me worse 😢 so I’ve researched and learned that weak glutes could be making my knees more painful so Thanku for this video, how many times a week should I do these? Every day?
Hi Kriti. Thank you for the videos. Can you do exercises for IT BANDS. Also with arthritis in my knee I can’t do squats/lunges . My right knee slips from weak ITB. Can you also slow down a bit between exercises. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Really Appreciate your videos
This is really scary. I was watching this video during my solo camping last night. And I clearly saw a ghost sitting on the chair when the video moved to 2:43
My physio never explained these properly to me when they gave me my excersices. Thank you for doing so.
I love your mood and sense of humour

Because feet influence all your body
