@@juliedsilva6626 Really? It was PERFECT for me, but did you know RUclips has an option in the settings to increase or decrease the playback speed? I’ve used it a few times. The trouble is that the next slowest speed setting is 75% which sometimes is too slow and can make the person speaking sound like they’re drunk!

Best video I've seen on hip stretches. I had total hip replacement and wound up with tightness on that side. Will work at these stretches to see if I can't even things up.

Always remove your wallet when driving - learned that puts hips out of alignment and can worsen sciatic nerve pain.
