One year ago,I thought I would never be able to do anything related to being fit. I thought 20 squats were hard and would get sore after doing them. Now, I can do so much more! all thanks to you Cassey. You are the reason I started my fitness journey and you are the reason why I'm never going to stop. The videos you make were my first step to becoming fit! They showed me that working out at home is also possible. I honestly want to progress to make my own videos someday.Thank you for everything:)

I love your contagious passion for fitness! Also, you make sure that you prioritize fitness over skinniness, and as someone who's battled with anorexic tendencies, I cannot tell you how much that inspires me to celebrate my body and not hate it. I may not have a weight loss story, but I am on a fitness journey! Thank you for going against the flow Cassey and embracing your body! You are a fitness superhero, saving people around the globe, not only from flab, but unhealthy body image. Thank you.

I am loving your daily workouts, tweets, pics, and all your encouragement! My goal was to lose 35 pounds by the end of February, and so far I am 15lbs down. I am working hard and following your example to accomplish my goal. My new life motto, thanks to you, is training insane to not remain the same. My journey started in September at 280lbs and am at 211lbs today! 69lbs down feels AMAZING!!!! to say! Thank you again for all your encouragement and tips!

Hey Cassey, I'm not from the US, but I wanted to tell you that you are an inspiration! I gave birth last summer and started training after over a year of doing nothing. I wasn't motivated at all and was kind of lost not knowing where to start. Then a couple of days ago, I found your blog + videos + jaNEWary calendar. MAN I'm a glad I found you! You keep me motivated and I actually look forward to my daily workouts! THANK YOU and keep the videos coming :)

My goal was to get into a routine of working out everyday for at least 30 minutes. The majority of my workouts do come from your videos Cassey, so I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I love your positive energy and listening to you talk throughout a workout makes it less dull and boring :) In regards to how I'm doing with my goal--there was a day or two where I forgot to workout in the beginning, but I've been sticking to the goal lately. Thanks for checking in, Cassey!

I've never been overweight before, but one day I just realized that I would be out of breath going up a flight of stairs, or that I couldn't hold up something heavy for a normal out of time! It was then that I decided to make a very big effort to eat clean & be fit! Exercising is so fun, it's the eating clean part that's hard. But it gets easier & easier as I learn everyday.I do your workouts almost every day and they are so FUN! Thank you Cassey for helping all of us get fit and have fun :)

My goal, ever since I could remember, has been to have a healthy lifestyle. Meaning eating clean, pushing my body beyond what I thought I was capable of doing, and being happier. But the problem was, was that I would always do good for about a week, and then give up. I did that for about three years. This new years, I made a resolution to turn myself around, inside and out, and I found your blog and its changed my life..your such an inspitation and Im so thankful for everything you do xoxoxo

Hi Cassie! First off, I want to thank you for all that you do! You are an inspiration to us all. I've been following you for a while now but only recently did I really start making concrete plans to be healthy and putting good faith effort into your workouts. So, to answer your question...my original goal was to simply start, which was probably the hardest part for me, considering that I was in contemplation mode for over a year! It's been tough, but with your help, I will reach my goal by 4/19!

I've struggled with an eating disorder and unhealthy eating my whole life so (with your inspiration) my goal was going to not only lose weight, but lose body fat still getting stronger and being happy. How much have i lost? I can't be positive because I've gained muscle and not only look but feel so much stronger! I've lost approximately 3 percent body fat and I am starting to see definition in my arms and abs. I am truly proud of my body. I'm healthy and most importantly, I'm happy. Thank you.

I love your POPpilates workouts and love your workout calendars BUT I used to wimp out in the middle of sets ( the burning, it kills me) I really wanted to be able to press through and do all the sets like a beast in each video. AND now I can *yay*. But I haven't been able to complete all the calendar workout videos for the day in one go yet (I split it up between am/pm). So that is my new goal! To complete a full hour of blogilates workout videos at one time! "Nothing Will Stop Me!!!"

Happy to hear about your progress. I would like to do one full pull-up at the end of the year but today I reached my goal of getting below 120 & am thrilled b/c I was stuck at 122-127 forever. It's taken me almost 2 years (since my son was born) & am so happy about it. Even my clothes hang better. Looking forward to taking 5 more off before year end.

My goal is to get back into cardio shape! I had heart problems for a couple of months and a heart procedure done, so I wasn't able to be in the gym for some time. It is my goal to be able to run for 30 minutes straight, as I used to run every day before my heart problems. I hope to be able to do this by the end of February!

Thank you for the positive encouragement! I have cleaned up my eating dramatically since I posted my goal. :) I feel so much better and energetic, and lighter/freer. I ate clean last year, but winter rolled around, I turned to comfort foods/not-so-good-for-you-foods (I didn't gain weight... just felt weighed down and tired). Now, I'm back on track. Also, I started training insane again 2 weeks ago. Love the results. Thanks Cassey!

Cassey! Love you soooo much! Pull-ups are something I also personally struggle with! They are the bane of my existence! I've been doing them with one of those heavy duty big green stretch bands attached to the pull-up bar to give me a little assist! Since starting to do that along with you and your challenge I can do 3 full pull-ups! 5 is a great and achievable goal for BOTH of us! You're already almost there!!!! I'm working hard right along with you! WE CAN DO THIS!

Another goal I had was to increase my arm strength like you and I am happy to report that I can do 1 set of 12 reps of each of the basic free weight movements using 5 pound weights. I have a new year's resolution to work on my arms for strength and I'm happy to report that I've completed almost 7 months of this goal so far. Now, I haven't been exercising consistently every day, or every other day (which was my initial goal, but then I added more muscle groups to work out for a while, so I bumped it up to every day), but I have been relatively consistent and committed throughout. I have never given up on my goal. I only take a couple breaks here and there if I can't squeeze in a workout, or if I'm just too lethargic and unmotivated.
Overall, I have made noticeable improvement and I plan on completing my new year's resolution!

My goal had been to lose 16 pounds by the end of February. I started out as 116 (I'm pretty tiny) and now I'm 110. I WOULD be less, but I cheated for too long. I was stressed and partying (my birthday weekend, my dog died, and midterms). I'm still working hard though. I believe in myself. I'm staying away from the white carbs and simple sugars. I also learned that results don't come in a day. sometimes it will take weeks or months to see a difference but it's all worth it in the end. To fail is to not try. To try and to not succeed is not failure, its a step closer to your goal. Many people tend to give up after just a few weeks of their journey because they don't see any change. However the most important thing to remember is that you didn't gain it in a day, you won't lose it in one either ! xo

In April, I have a huge dance show but I was never really proud of my dancing. NOW, I'm training my flexibility, core strength and I'm trying to loose some weight because it just looks nicer on stage and it might give me the confidence boost that I need. Take it slow. It's something everyone struggles with. I, especially, thrive on instant gratification so this whole slow weight loss has been quite the mental challenge. I have pushed myself to take two fitness classes at my school to jump start my plan and some days I get discouraged by the lack of progress. My pants still feel the same, my face still is round, my stomach is still there, but I know that I am getting stronger. I have increased my weights and its crazy to see how much progress

I too have problems doing pull-ups, so this video definitely encouraged me, knowing that I'm not alone! Instead of doing traditional pull-ups to strengthen my arms, my goal was to do pull-ups on a machine at the gym I go to. I'm happy to say that I'm now able to do nontraditional pull-ups! Instead of pulling my body weight up, I sit on a seat and pull the bar (with a certain amount of weight on it) down under my chin. I'm about to go try to increase the weight tonight - wish me luck! :)

My original goal was to shed a little bit of weight for my school magazine photoshoot. Now that I have discovered all these workouts and other fun exercises I became obsessed especially working out with you Cassey. I educated myself with all the healthy alternatives and I am slowly turning myself into full blown vegan. I changed so much since then and I only started at september. I noticed that I am much more stronger and my stamina is better. Ahh im better at almost everything. Abs is my goal!

My goal is to follow your calendar everyday!! x) The way I keep myself motivated is that even if I don't see immediate fantastic results, I love the energy, the fun, and the amount of exercise I get done. And that's already enough for me!!

Cassey, your videos are so fun and great! My roommate and I just started doing your videos, and our two goals are to: 1) run a half marathon together at the end of April, and 2) get through your videos without quitting!! Today we got closer to achieving both of those goals, and you've been an inspiration for us to keep going. Thanks!!

As far as my fitness goal goes, I've been trying to stay fit by adding more cardio days. I polynesian dance two to three times a week but that is not going to get me to the weight I need to be at! I've been trying to keep up with your videos as well! Thank you for all you do Cassey! You make your videos so fun I love them.

I don't remember if I talked about conquering my BED. I am also well on my way with that; I've been in recovery for several months, and I feel so much better about food!
The things that have helped me the most recently are eating in 200-300 calorie portions every three hours or so, and not letting myself get hungry. AND always eating clean. I let myself have a YOLO meal/day once a week, and that also helps keep things in check.
I'm not worried about myself anymore. Yay!

My goal is to be healthier overall (eat healthier, exercise more, etc.). It has been slow going because I have a huge sweet tooth. Your videos and positive energy have been great motivators. I just have to keep reminding myself that it will all be worth it when I reach my goal and this really helps! Thanks for your inspiration!

I think it's safe to say I met the last goal I set (workout 5 days a week and clean up my eating habits) so it's time to set a new goal, and you've inspired me! My next goal is to be able to 5 full push ups, not on my knees, 5 real full push up in three months! My upper body isn't nearly as strong as my lower body, but I look forward to working hard to meet this goal!
    Thanks for inspiring me! xo

My goal that I had starting in late November was to start working out 5 times a week again. I've kept that promise/goal to myself. I also, upgraded to doing Insanity! starting on January 1st of this year, I have been doing Insanity! 6 days a week. I gave up diet coke, and I'm hoping to finish Insanity! by the end of February. I've lost about 3 pounds, added muscle, lost a couple inches in my waist, and I'm feeling a ton healthier and stronger! Love your vids! Congrats on your pull ups!

I joined a gym this past October and have been working out since then. I don't have weight to lose, but I want to be more toned, gain strength, and a bit of muscle by the beginning of May since that's when I'm going on vacation down south! I'm very excited and hope I can actually achieve the look I want! So far my workouts are going well and I can do more at the gym, but its not physically showing yet. I'm hoping it will begin to show and come along in the next 3 months!

My goal was to take food prepping for the week more seriously. I always feel better when I eat 3 meals and a healthy snack in between each meal, and it helps me with my work outs. I now take each Sunday to prep and prepare for the week and I never miss a meal or a snack.

Love this!!! I have been working on decreasing my mile times, and trying to work up to 5 miles, so I can do a race in May! I have only done a 5k, so this is a challenge for me to keep going when I just want to get off the treadmill! I have made it to about 4 to 4.5miles, and know I can add that extra mile in by this weekend! Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi Cassey, I originally didn't have a goal for working out because I seem to never stick to it. But, ever since my roommate told me she was joining ROTC Airforce, we've been hitting the gym every night on campus for about 3 hours each night. It's been almost two weeks of nonstop working out and I feel amazing! I've never stuck to workouts like this before, I feel so accomplished! I have Rheumatoid arthritis, so finding workouts that don't strain my joints too much is kinda hard. However, I've

my goal was to get a lot of upper body strength so that I can really succeed in basketball because it's my senior year and I really want to do well. I have been doing three different kinds of arm exercises every night, and I can really see the improvement!!! I've noticed that I am able to make more shots from the three point line, and overall just a better shooter! I really wanted to thank you for making me think to challenge myself, I never would have thought of this without you inspiring me!

So thank you so much for inspiring me to work out every night in my dorm room! You are doing an AMAZING job and this video shows me that you are learning and strengthening just like us. Keep it up!!! You can do it!

The past two years have been phenomenal for me. I made the choice to change my lifestyle and in doing so I have lost 130 lbs :) My goal for 2013 is to learn how to do pull ups and to push my muscles to the limits! For February my goal is to be able to do a four count slow drop (which is step #1 in learning how to do a pull up). My goal for March is to incorporate your workouts in addition to what I'm already doing at the gym to push my muscles even more! I'm so excited to see my results!

It's so true, in anything you should set your goals (un)realistically high. You'll push yourself harder knowing how amazing some final outcome will be. I use the same theory when im thinkingabout my career goals (bet you didn't know the next Christiane Amanpour was commenting on your RUclips video), in health goals, fitness, etc. When you think of placing yourself at the end of your goal, it's like thinking back to the present is just the story of how you got there.
