I heard a theory about Ghost face that I think is true. If Roman got into Billy's ear about the affair and he was the true mastermind. The Ghost face that was lurking in the bushes where Tatum and Sid were was Roman, because the others guys were tied up with other things. That probably isn't the case, but its interesting to think about, because it would say Roman was around watching Stu and Billy's work and coaching him.

I like Billy's stupified glance at Stu at the fountain. It's a "Dude, you're giving the game away!" look

i noticed a good percent of the killers had died or attacked off screen. Scream 3- Roman his "dead" body was found but we never see it happen Scream IV- Charlie was seemingly attacked and tied up as a "trap" Scream 6- the roomate was attacked in front of us but we never see her actually die I feel if someone is a victim but we never see it. its safe to assume are the killer is them. Billy is the only exception where we do see them get "killed" which was fake

It was obviously Stu. Infact its Tatum's death that suggest the idea of their being two ghost faces. If it was Billy that did it, Tatums body would've been more mutilated. Yes her death was gruesome however it was perhaps too clean. Also when Stu leaves to go get another Beer, did anyone notice how he wasnt emotionally distraught a few minutes later. That pretty much points to him as the one who killed Tatum.

I saw this in the theater, and I've always thought it was Stu.

Having so many signs is the reason you can't be sure. You won't expect to be Billy because it is too obvious. Black boots are the worst clue...like a thousand people use black boots. The clumsy clue is also really bad... ghostface uses a mask! What would you expect? Stu is easier to guess, Billy always got too many "clues".

That's funny when Stu asks her to go get the beer he goes walking away where's he going why couldn't he get the beer looks like he's heading that way like you said it's A trap lol maybe its both of them Stu was on other side of the door and billy was in outfit and kills her he goes back inside cause there's Stu and they hide the outfit in the closet the same closet where Sidney hides and finds the outfit to put it on and attack billy lol there's A few times where Billy and Stu was meeting up and plotting what they'll do next they met up at some point before cornering Sidney because when gale popped up Billy like I thought you said she was dead and Stu like she looked like it so after gale crashed at some point they met up after Stu checked on her there had to been other times where they meeting and ok what's next lol instead of saying its one or the other maybe its both lol

Roman was also involved with the first and second murders.. also Billy’s mom….

The movie literally says it’s Billy the whole time

I knew who did it and that there were more than 1 killer when Billy had to reel Stu in the beginning.

“The Last Ten Minutes” are sort of a marketing ploy on their own, as a way of avoiding spoilers. Theaters announced that for the final 10 mins of the showing, any patron would not be allowed in. They even made a huge point of spoiler alerts in the theatrical trailer, and a voiceover in the credits.

I always assumed the look was just an acknowledgement of Stu and Billy's plan to get Billy and Sidney alone together to "talk." Like "she's here, good job"

This is just my opinion, but I believe that Billy, whilst being the most psycopathic out of the 2, did not really want a huge killing spree. He was content with killing Maureen and Sidney. The principal was just a means to an end. Those 2 were the ones that wronged him, I do not. Think he would've gone on after that. Just like Roman said, a partner to sell off just in case the police did not buy Neil as the killer. As for Stu, even though he claims his motive is peer pressure and being far too sensitive, this I believe only applies to his ability to have his own opinions. Up until the ending he was under the impression they were killimg for fun: Killing Casey and Steve as revenge(confirmed by kevin williamson and indirectly by wes Craven in the commentary) Was his idea, atleast according to wes in the commentary, they never mentioned anything sbout targeting sidney. He killed Tatum because randy somejow convinced him, since Billy was dealing with Sid, Tatum had to go aswell. Kenny was just bad timing. Even during their reveal, stu is the only one that brings up a sequel, and is the one more willing to wear the ghostface costume. In my opinion, Billy is more than an angry Bloodthirsty killer, that sounds a loy more like Stu. Billy was methodical, somewhat impulsive, but certainly thought before acting.

1) Stu is wearing the Hefner robe before Tatum's death, but the robe is only hanging off his shoulders after the garage and off completely after the fake attack on Billy. He'd have to take it off to put on the Ghostface costume. 2) Billy would never use the garage door to kill Tatum. He's too brutal a killer. Billy would have dragged her out of the door and used a knife. Stu's an opportunistic fool, so the garage door death tracks. 3) Billy popping up immediately after Tatum's death is obviously another red herring. 4) The way Ghostface played along with Tatum's sarcasm, nodding and such, the way he cut her arm, etc. That feels very different from all the other attacks. It feels so much more intimate and personal, like something an abusive boyfriend would do. Billy played with Sydney like that after the reveal and wouldn't have taken the time to savor killing Tatum in the same way that Stu would have.

Vole's brunette girlfriend was played by Actress Ruta Lee. Thankfully, she is still alive (87 years old) and stil beautiful.

I was confused about who killed Tatum in the beginning but after watching this video I'm convinced that it was Stu who killed her all along. Thank you for making this video!!

3:38 my comment is there about Billy not having any stab marks on his clothes when he first gets 'attacked' by Stu. Proud to be in one of your videos :), I enjoy all of the Scream content you do.

I think that "that look" Billy gave Stu can also be more like an "I saw what you did there - good job, man" look. Meaning that Billy saw Tatum's corpse and was impressed by that.

I know Scream is a satire, and I find it funny as a satirical slasher, but this video is why I hate murder mysteries - the reasoning is just so stupid. “Who owns black boots?” Literally the whole population? Literally everyone who does in fact live in boot-wearing regions. How is that a clue? “He is fast so that disqualifies anyone who isn’t a teen.” Athleticism has little to do with age when the age range is 16-35 or something. The worst part is, this is how the serious murder mysteries are too. They’re never clever, and rely solely on thinking like a toddler. I hope one day an actually logically solid murder mystery gets written with clues that aren’t “hmmmm who owns possibly the most common and unassuming shoe everrrr”

I think alot of people are missing the context of what the high Republic was, it was a time durring which the Republic didnt have a military force and as such the jedi were basically glorified cops. The jedi were also extremely overconfident in their abilities as peace keepers durring the high Republic which is why they refrained from using there lightsabers and some just stopped training in saber combat after they became masters.
