Hi, I'm Shrey Vazir, an advanced physiotherapist on a mission to help people 50+ live fitter, healthier and pain-free lives!
When I was 21, I ended up in the ER with crippling back pain. Told there was no cure, I spent the next decade discovering natural ways to not only fix my pain but dramatically improve my health!
