How about the people who have TKR
Most people say being able to get up from the floor without hands is the most important. I would imagine that is true, since, if you can do that, you can certainly do this.

Most people over 45 are on Statins in the UK, apparently to tackle high cholesterol. Unfortunately its deliberately prescribed to cause harm and if it isn't then your doctor is ignorant to the side effects which are deliberate. Statins block the production of 2 very important enzymes by the liver, Coq10 responsible for maintaining muscle mass and prevention of muscular dystrophy, also Alpha GPC is blocked from being produced and this is another enzyme produced by the liver. Its responsible for preventing cognitive decline and is normally stored in the Hippocampus part of the brain. You dont need to be a Dr or scientist to realise that if the brain is starved of Alpha GPC, it will sacrifice good brain cells to produce its own Alpha GPC and the evidence for this is clear. Look at the increase per population since Statins was introduced in the 1980s. You either act on this information or keep trusting your doctors. Do the research on all medications before you take them or suffer the consequences. Its no good looking at vlogs like this if you don't tackle the cause of your problem first. There are many more medications that deliberately cause harm but I chose Statins because its the biggest prescribed medication for the over 45s in the UK.
So why not just go up and down the stairs several times a day? Seems to me that's the best exercise.

I'm 70, and I'm fitter, more active, and more creative than I was in my 20s and 30s - and that's after being disabled for 20 years, mostly housebound and bedridden! I got off all medications and began taking control of my health, listening to my body, and facing old trauma and grief I'd mostly repressed. I literally went from crawling some days - my blood pressure was so dangerously low - to dancing. I too found my muscles began to increase after 3 months of weightlifting, but i also do yoga, Chi Gong, and always -- lots of dancing. It's great to hear about people even older beating their own records too! Thanks for the video, these exercises look good.
Hello.Thanks for this video,I needed it! Do you have an exercise for hands with painful fingers( due to arthritis) Drs don’t seem to care,they they don’t think they will be old some day…..but I can’t sleep pain is mostly at night.
I'm almost 70 and I ride over 30 miles a day on my bike. The only Days I don't ride is when it rains all day. Which isn't often
How about walking up stairs more and more each day. It's not a special thing. It's called getting off your bum and doing things.
I'm 74 in Feb 2025, Ive got hip and knee problems but told not bad enough for hip replacement, would these exercises help me at all. Was meant to go to exercise classes but I couldn't get there. They say its the hip causing knee pain.

The best program by far, which he is replicating is the RCAF 5BX. 5 basic exercises and then a short run and quick 2 mile walk. But it is 72 levels and you get stronger and better cardio Slow and Steady. The "Golden Rule". This program was developed in 1958 and every person over 50 should be on it. Fantastic.
Nose over toes is an easy way for me to remember to go up stairs. Great advice young man, I'm in PT for my knee and I will be adding the three exercises to my workouts.

I cannot do any exercises cz i hav 3 bone ankle surgery. Im suffering frm last week terrible back pain till feet plus tingling in hands nd feet.
Hello Shrey! I started walking 40 minutes in the morning. I exactly do the same exercise everyday at the gym but with support. I will try without support. Believe me what a huge difference the walk has made to my morning routine. I am more confident in walking now. Earlier I use to trip and fall and feel very embarrassed. The tripping has reduced to 90% now.
Hello Shrey! This is the first time I saw a video addressing my actual issue. I am a 62 year old regular gym going guy. MY upper body is strong and muscled. My issue is weak legs - cant stand for a long time as my legs give way, cant lift my leg and walk is a bit dodgy. I feel your exercises will help me gain my thigh muscle and make my glutes stronger. Why do people think that people's age has anything to do with what happens to their bodies? Not everyone magically has this or that over 30 or 60 and why is it always a round number? If everyone was magically hit with the same stuff at the same age it would be much more likely to be 32 and three months and six days say, than just by chance on your 30th birthday.

I have osteoarthritis in my knee joints, and during the quads over roll exercise, I feel intense pain under the kneecap. Why is this happening?
I've had 2 knee replacements and 2 hip replacements but continue to run 80 mi a week, lift heavy 5x a week, swim the English Channel once a month 😮
