I had a stroke and the physiotherapist taught me many of these exercises- so great to have you show me how to do them better and offer me so much more - thank you❤
I really like Shrey and this video: Slow, calm delivery with good diction. Clear demonstration of the suggested movements, with alternatives offered after the basic description. Simple-enough movements that I can practice without referring to a diagram.
Thank you so much for this video = so detailed and simply explained and demonstrated. Your voice is also soothing and paced well for easy "mind-absorption". Once again, thank you, and I have also subscribed for more videos.
If you offered a deck of flash cards for the exercises, I'd purchase a deck! I have a hard time using the video and would love a deck of images to explain each exercise! Including the variations!
Can you do a video that specifically targets ankles, please? My daughter's tendons and ligaments didn't fully develop in her ankles (so we were told by a physiotherapist years ago) and so needs to strengthen them so that she can walk longer and lower her risk of sprains. I'm so glad I found your channel. I'll be doing some of these exercises myself.
These are terrific but what about those of us in our 60s and 70s who have broken leg bones and hips? I'm 73 now and broke both the hip and femur two years ago. I couldn't do a bridge if my life depended on it. I can't walk well outside but could walk in place but I can't get down on the floor anymore, either. More for us broken bones/senior folks. This is a great video, though!
I just discovered you! What clear, concise instructions for these exercises! Well done! Can’t wait to start a routine of doing them every day. New subscriber! 🤗
Thank you for your question! I will be making more videos in the coming weeks to help you get stronger and fitter! Currently I have a video to help weak legs that might help: ruclips.net/video/g503tzMcG74/видео.html I would suggest doing these exercises at least 2-3 times per week! The stretch you can probably do daily. Again these are just guidelines, listen to your body and see what works best for you!
Some of these exercises are doable. One reason people over 50 have trouble is that issues compound & we gradually do less. For instance, Morton's Neuromas stopped my walking routine. Diastasis recti doesn't allow for exercises that use abdominals. It becomes harder to find any exercise that doesn't cause more damage & pain.
I love these recommendations. Some adaptations would be nice. I have had both knees replaced and with limited flexion cannot do some of these as suggested. I used to love child’s pose!
Excellent video! 'm doing similar exercises I looked up on YT, when my back went out, a few years ago. Now I"ll have to add these to my regimen. Thank you!♥️
Child's pose is a YOGA Pose and is called Balasana, is a simple yogic pose ideal for newbies and expert practitioners. It is an effective stretching asana to stretch and relax your back, hips, thighs, and ankles. In addition to its physical benefits, the asana helps you reconnect with your inner self.
Great advice because as one who had been so healthy and had such a vigorous life with plenty exercise and movement it still hit about 70 and continues to get worse. So can/will happen to most. See what you have to look forward to yourself!! LOL!!!
Hi. Im Very happy i have found ur videos. Sad to say but i was only 38 when i was diagnosed with Ankylosing spondylosis, now im 40.. im suffering and cant do normal daily activities, especialy bending and standing for a long time.. been to a chiro but my condition keeps coming back.. wish ur videos would help me be a normal and capable person again.. i feel so sad that a bit too young for my age to suffer severe back pain..
They seem like good exercises but i have gone through prostate procedures which involve the bladder and those exercises pushing the abdomen and bending may have a negative effect on the prostate and bladder
New subscriber to your RUclips channel. Do you know how to feel less numb on my right hand ring finger every time when I wake up in the morning? I think it’s like arthritis inflammation in my body. How do I delay the worsening of arthritis since I am only in my 40s and I don’t want the symptom to get worse.
I cannot confirm without doing an individual assessment, but my suggestion would be to ask a local physio or a doctor to see if these exercises can be part of your plan! Most of these exercises, if tolerable for your body, are safe and can help most people get stronger/more flexible!
Yes will absolutely help! Any exercise is better than No exercise! Once you are consistent, you can always make them harder by adding weights, more repitions, longer hold time etc.

Hi. Would exercise 2 and 3 be safe with osteoporosis?

i LOVE all your videos. DO you have anything for hip bursitis and tendinopathy in the buttocks and pain in the lowest part of the back.?
I love these recommendations. Some adaptations would be nice. I have had both knees replaced and with limited flexion cannot do some of these as suggested. I used to love child’s pose!
Will try your exercises they look helpful.

Any suggestions for Sciatica?
I have diastasis recti (abdominal separation). Is there a way to naturally repair this?
GOOD!
They seem like good exercises but i have gone through prostate procedures which involve the bladder and those exercises pushing the abdomen and bending may have a negative effect on the prostate and bladder
I am 60 years old, to be healthy it is not enough for me to do only 3 exercises, I have more than 300 of them!
The first exercise causes my lower vertebrae to slip forward due to my spondylitis. Do with caution.
Eliminate meat and dairy and gluten and oils and just eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds and melons and berries and seaweeds and lentils.
I’m 65 years old,my left hand is started trembling while carrying my full tea cup,pl.suggest your kind of exercises to heal the same.thank you.
At 02:34 are you leaning very slightly forward?

I recommend for more mobile people in their 60's to do animal flow
Can I do these exercise for stroke recovery

What is the name of your plant ? Beautiful❤
He calls it bob.
Are these helpful for a 16 year old? Or is it too basic/easy?
Yes will absolutely help! Any exercise is better than No exercise! Once you are consistent, you can always make them harder by adding weights, more repitions, longer hold time etc.
@@MindBodyHorizons Ok I don't really have weight but I might start going to the gym by next month
@@MindBodyHorizons Is the first one an easier version of the forward fold or is it one that targets the hips more? (eg: groin or hip flexors)
I cant do Regular Excerice walking etc. How to Regular practice please Help. Age 50 1000Times Droped and continue I want strong mentality.
People invest in material stuff, invest in your body you only have one.

The last one is a challenge…
I'm not in shape to do these exercises. I'll look for something I am able to do. Thank you they are not age nor condition appropriate.
I WISH!!!!
Dang! Exercise isn't as easy as it looks.
Gotta ask how do I fix the other 10%😂
Newsflash most people over 50 know all of this they just don’t exercise.
10 pound dumbbell? I don’t think so.
these vehicles in Houston will run u over! so no matter how new and maintained ur bike is!

This video - another reason why you shouldn't take aging advice from 30-year-olds 😅😂
Awesome video! ...thnx
Thank you - but can’t go on tiptoes I wish they would take that into account and offer alternatives
