No doctor that I have been in touch with during recovery has even hinted at how important it is to regain balance. This was a chance discovery on RUclips, which is one of the best uses of YT that I have ever encountered. Thank you!!

My Dad is 80 and just had a mild stroke from A-fib. His balance is terrible his core strength is so demished from years of covid and heath problems. I am committed to helping him get back to the things he always loved to do. I believe this routine will make the difference in his confidence.
    Thanks Doc!

I am taking B12 supplements for the last one and a half years. B12 is normal at present. But the problem is still continues. I am in Germany. Since the scan report shows no problem I am not undergoing any treatment here. I don't know what to do next

Thanks a lot for this great video Dr. I am just over 50 and have difficulty balancing & stepping over due to one weak knee ... I can but comfortably walk backwards freehand ... the systematic arrangement of the exercises from simple to hard & the comparison with how a baby learns to walk through repeated failures is all very assuring and an encouraging way to keep us motivated and continue our efforts in this direction. thanks again, sincerely...

I understand your point about balance and you are right. However, I walk with difficulty ( cane) and have to stop every 50 ft for a few seconds to rest because my back muscles are killing me with pain. I assume that the legs are weak and transfer load to the back. 86 yrs old, had an injury that changed my range of motion, gait, balance.

Yes I am so thankful to be able to read all of the nice comments that I am reading about how you have helped those that you can even those that you can't I am hearing some very good feed back, I am so thankful to be able to read all of the good exercises that you are giving. I myself have had two back surgeries one hip replacement one knee replacement. And I tell you sometimes it gets pretty hectic. I have a new primary care doctor he's doing the best he can with me and I'm very thankful for him. But it's one thing I can say he set me down one day after taking all the tests that he had to take and he explained everything to me detail on top of detail kind of like you are doing now. But what I am proud of is because you are taking your time and you are really explaining and expressing what each one of these exercises representing that means a lot and I thank you so very much I myself might can't do all of them but I'll be trying to do as many as I can for my balance because I have talked to the doctors about my balance for I don't know how long now and everyone seemed to just want to add more medicines more vitamins to the problem so I'm thankful to see this program today continue on with your good work your good service and may God in heaven bless you and your family thank you..❤

Had a mini stroke four years ago, and eventually lost my balance so bad that I couldn’t get into or out of bed. I worked out at the gym and do a lot of hard yard work. Take my aggressive dog for long walks. She toughs me in all directions. Getting better but it takes a lot of work. Trying to jog a bit but that’s still difficult. It’s an everyday thing. Expect to be progressively better everyday.

Greetings from Calcutta, India. Thank you for this superb video for balancing. I am 80 years old and had undergone hip surgery 3 times and am with an implanted hip since last few months. The surgeon had advised me core strenthening exercises which I am doing with physiotherapist. It includes only three or four balancing exercises (standing on the toes, leg flexion, mini squat, and another exercise which I do not remember the name, but which is raising the left and right feet in keft and right direction. I was operated upon on the right side (right hip), I cannt raise my left foot (with right foot it is quite okay). I cannot walk properly, if attempt to do it I shuffle. Please addvise me what other exercises I will have to do in order to walk properly. I am moved by your long concluding remarks, which are rare in this type of videos. Will I be able to walk again as a human being? I want to regain my walking capability. Please reply to my comments as early as possible, I am eager to hear from you. You voice is so good like a western film hero.
