    Thank you! I’ll add this into my routine. The back pain stiffness is terrible, and it still shocks me. Our modern society has wrecked havoc on us, and at a certain point, we have to spend time and effort to reverse the effects. At least it affords us some alone time- no one can do it for you. 😅

    Hi .i just saw your vedio for people over the age of 60. I need strengthening my muscles, i am an diabetic also.i am a regulad walker, but still i have problems in my thyie,back calf muscles. Before starting i need a conversation with you, for explaining my condition
