I have slip disk issue from last 3 years , i do DR. Migel big 3 exercises almost everyday, this exercise helped me getting better without surgery. thanks for the video
Thank you for your comment! I'm so glad to hear that this exercise has helped you! The bird dog is a game-changing exercise that Dr. Stu McGill has supported for decades. Take care, Shrey
When I walk a bit, I feel bending forwards, looks terrible. I walk with Sticks a lot, but it isn’t getting better. Thank you for your excellent content.
Great question. In most cases, yes! With disc bulges, bending forward is typically painful. And since this exercise is considered to be an extension (or bending backwards) type exercise, I actually recommend this to many of patients with disc bulge/disc-type pain (as long as they can tolerate it). Start with the easiest variation (arm only). And of course, it shouldn't cause you sharp pain. Hope that helps!

Please make a video on knee pain for seniors.
Yes absolutely! That exact video will be published next week or the following week!

Is there an equivalent exercise if you cannot kneel on your knees?
You can do this using a chair.
Can this be practised if one has a bulged disc-L4-L5

You're welcome! Take care 😊
I have 2 artificial knees. Is there another exercise I can do with being on my knees. Tried it this morning on my bed. Ouch.
