Kidneys are suffering from kidney disease stages. Didn't U KNOW ??? KIDNEYS MUST BE PAID ATTENTION TO. STOP OR REDUCE CERTAIN BEVERAGES , CAFFEINE CONTAINING BEVERAGES, ENERGY DRINKS, AND FOODS CAN CAUSE KIDNEYS DISEASES CAUSING SWOLLEN ANKLES & FEET discomfort, miserable pains. 😮😢😢😢😢 note. ❤❤❤❤❤
Whenever possible, I spend 30 minutes daily just standing in a swimming pool at least 1.2 metres deep. The increased water pressure on my feet, under 1.2 metres of water pressure, takes down the swelling within 2 days. When I can not do it, the swelling is back within 3 days. (68yo)

Perhaps because you can't get down to the floor? If you have a plastic step or an empty box, put it on your bed, with a pillow or cushion on top. You can do it!
@@michelemarch8606 Thank you for the compliment. I can't bend my left hip that far, I challenge myself to walk up and down steps multiple times a day, it the most I can lift it.
@tmc6799 if you can do the 1st exercise and the third one, you'll be just fine! I teach chair yoga and most in my classes have some sort of limitation. My motto is "Don't give up.....modify and carry on!" Best to you!

I've done a variation of Exercise 3 for years but I used a stack of books or magazines taped or tied so they cannot slide. Works well

What people don’t understand is also spinach and foods high in oxylates and potassium and phosphorus will affect your kidney numbers

Elevated ankle pumps if it’s hard get a dog leash put the handle over your foot and pull till you get the strength to do this

Do the calf raise 1 leg at a time,your calfs are strong and both at same time is no challenge at all
