Thank you so much for explaining “ why” my legs feel the way they do!! 👏🏻 I thought it was only because my muscles had become weak ?🤔 I will def do these 3 exercises to improve the blood flow! 👩🏻🦰🇨🇦
Dear Shrey! Thank you very much I had been suffering for about 2 years & no one knew how to help me except my son bought me a foot massage &that has helped quite a lot! I spend a number of hours using this instrument as without it my feet are totally frozen, God bless you my dear, I shall start these exercises soon as I need to prepare the area! ❤❤ from grandma!
Your "feet are totally frozen...and no one knew how to ..."? If you haven' been diagnosed with T2D, please visit your GP for a blood test! I had the same symptoms in late Summer (!). It could be that you're diabetic. And if so, next thing will probably be additional, growing numbness in your feet.
I have property but don't live there in winter because I live alone, it's in the country on a ridge, and the wind dumps ALL its snow on the driveway while the rest of the land is clear. Potentially, a death trap. I pass. The local "system" insists I declare myself homeless in order to get a room for the winter while I help non-doping non-drinking homeless stop being homeless. I refuse to commit fraud so I've been sleeping in the pickup, sitting up, which makes my legs swell hugely. They were damaged in a car crash in November 1991. I Walk on crutches like a 4-legged at least 2 miles a day. Your exercises are a ray of hope. Thank you.
The best way to improve leg circulation is to go for a walk every day, even if you use a cane. I am 79 years old.And the doctor had prescribed me medicine for circulation until someone told me to go for a walk. I started going out for a walk and my circulation started working in my legs. Walking saved me from a wheelchair.
Thank you so so much this exercises really helped me a lot .. now i am doing regularly and feeling muchbetter .. keep up the good work .God bless you for enchasing peoples health
Sometimes your body talks to you. I just bought myself an "antigravity chair" that leans back and raises your legs above your heart allowing you to perform these all while on this wonderful chair (except the standing calf raises). Your video was a Godsend. Thank you so much.
Hello thanks for this video. I am a 66 yrs old diabetic male and also have blood circulation problem in my both legs. I do some of this exercises but probably not correctly. I have a left big toe bunion which is painful and I am not yet a candidate of surgery. My question is it ok to do all these exercise with bunion problem? Especially last on with stairs ?Please let me know. Thanks you.
Thanks so much -- easy to understand and follow and very easy to implement and keep up! Your steps for many exercices are becoming part of my regular new routine for health in 2025! Lee up the great work!
Thank you for the information, I need these. I don't believe I can accomplish the last one. Is it doable just on a flat surface then work up to the raised one. I have arthritis in my feet. At times I have injections from the foot doctor to relieve pain. I have spurs on top surface of my feet, metatarsal area.
My problem is I can't do the heel raising exercise because I had foot drop for many years. Do you have alternative exercise to improve my problem, thanks
How funny. I was already doing these because I discovered quite by accident that it made my calves and ankles just feel better. I burst out laughing when the last one was the stair thing. Check 🙂, check 😌, and check ☺️. 😄
Whenever possible, I spend 30 minutes daily just standing in a swimming pool at least 1.2 metres deep. The increased water pressure on my feet, under 1.2 metres of water pressure, takes down the swelling within 2 days. When I can not do it, the swelling is back within 3 days. (68yo)
I've been active my whole life and had my first varicose veins at the age of 12. So how do I fix this when I'm already active. I don't sit with my legs hanging down and I'm up and down stairs all day long. I've even tried raising my legs up on the wall for 10 to 15 minutes that doesn't help either. I have tried all these exercises you have given as they were given to me already 20 years ago and they do not help either. Any other suggestions?
Hi Shrey thank you for the exercises, unfortunately my mobility means I can only d the first exercise. Have you any suggestion that could replace the last two exercises, please. Best regards
Perhaps because you can't get down to the floor? If you have a plastic step or an empty box, put it on your bed, with a pillow or cushion on top. You can do it!
@@michelemarch8606 Thank you for the compliment. I can't bend my left hip that far, I challenge myself to walk up and down steps multiple times a day, it the most I can lift it.
@tmc6799 if you can do the 1st exercise and the third one, you'll be just fine! I teach chair yoga and most in my classes have some sort of limitation. My motto is "Don't give up.....modify and carry on!" Best to you!

Good and simple. 😊
This would be good for venous insufficiency and what about scoliosis and instability?

Elevated ankle pumps if it’s hard get a dog leash put the handle over your foot and pull till you get the strength to do this

Ok, I'm 72. Can you tell me if rebounding, using the heels to elevate, can produce the same or better results?!?

Can we also use a wedge pillow underneath our legs to elevate the feet while laying on a bed?
Do first set.
Repeat 2X (not 3X) for a total of 3 sets.
❤ thank you
Great 👍🏾
I've done a variation of Exercise 3 for years but I used a stack of books or magazines taped or tied so they cannot slide. Works well
Merci beaucoup
Thank you
Hope it helps! Thanks for watching :)
These exercises also cure pain in your hips.
Awesome
Thank you! Hope it helps
Absolutely no way I could do exercise 2. If I was ten years younger maybe, but if I was younger I wouldn't need the exercise.
