Will these exercises affect pec minor rehab and get it back to normal for chest exercises as it used to be?
@@niksananiksanov6777 depends on a lot of factors… severity… activity level… what your currently doing etc
@@obavos From scale of 10 is 2, its tolerable,can do chest exercises,just doesnt feel right compared to my other pec,no imbalances. 2 times a week doing chest workout,mainly bench,flies,dips,push ups. Changed the exercises,the same. On machines the irritation feels on the squeeze position,stretch is fine , on the bench press and push ups on bottom position on the stretch. Implemented ice,rested, the issue is reminding of itself. What ive encoutered was mainly pec wall stretches and hands behind body. No issues doing any other muscle groups. Am i on the right video and if there is another one you'd like me to implement regarding strengthening exercises. Thanks
@@niksananiksanov6777 seems like doing all great stuff...so this video has great options for strength/stbilization and in my channel i also have other videos that have a bunch of great shoulder strength/stabilization ones too!!

My podiatrist told me it is and ankle spur. The ankle pain got progressively worse with zero drop wide toe shoes. He gave me an insole with raised heel and 2 weeks later my ankle is 80% better.

I have a question you may know the answer to When my knee points straight, my comfortable position, my feet point out at a 45* angle I’ve seen it in other people too Any way to correct this?
that could just be mechanics. its hard to saoy without diving deeper into the issue
@@obavos like bones not being lined up correctly? Because if it’s a leg muscle thing and just needing to strengthen whatever rotates my foot in then I would definitely try that but not sure if that’s the issue or how to solve it if it is

How many reps would u recommend? I have a stiff knee so these types of exercises help a lot!
Alot of pro athletes injured themselves because they don't remain flexible. So during performance a muscle that normally contributes has been shorten and forces the main muscle to handle the load more causing more damage than needed.

I broke my leg so ya all the way thru and certain angles if i step down my leg just goes conoletly numb no pain but I gotta catch myself and it's fine after
My son is a pitcher in baseball. He does isometric holds and it has improved his speed, power, and explosiveness but besides this exercise what else would be good for the rotators cuff?
An evaluation is best to figure out what is best for him
