    If your shoulder hurts, stretching it and doing random exercises won't make it better. This post is about a specific part of the shoulder called the rotator cuff muscles, which help move your arm. There are two muscles called infraspinatus and teres minor, which can get strained. To make them stronger, you can use a band and hold it out for a few seconds, and then come back in. This will help you get stronger and hopefully make your shoulder feel better.
