You either watch the film or talk after. As a filmmaker when I was young, we enjoyed making films. Not being talked over. 😅 Experience the character. These videos of people watching films are nothing but analyzing. Meanwhile the depth of the film gets lost in your constant blabbing. I suppose not being able to focus on one thing is rampant in young people. I know you have an audience but that audience ate people who have seen the film. The Smiths are so underrated. I was a freshman in college when this album came out. I played this album all the time. My favorite Smiths album overall is Louder Than Bombs. Great assortment of lyrics and music. The Smiths are/were amazing.

They've been portrayed in such a bad light because they're self-reliant, religious in general, conservative and don't give a damn what anyone else thinks. And if you know anything about the folks who control Hollywood, it's easy to see why they love to portray Southern and Appalachian people in a bad light. The truth is, these people are some of the most honest, hard working people in the nation and many of them would give you the shirt off their backs to help you. I know, my entire family are from the hills of eastern Kentucky. I was only the first generation to be born outside of that area in a long, long time. Every time I go there it just amazes me how great that culture really is. And I feel safer, by far, down there than I would in ANY city in the U.S.
