    My 6 year old has been joining me for my daily 10 mins of yoga. At the end of each video he asks for another! He was excited to do a longer video today and even asked if you do a 24 hour class🤣. We love your videos! Thanks!

    My word-intention today is self-respect. Yesterday I didn't get enough sleep, ate wrong, and was tired and weak. So thank you for your help, Kassandra! I needed this. It feels like I woke up again, but with new strength and energy.

    I agree with other posts, this felt like a 10 minute session, it went by so quickly. I needed this today as I am ramping up my running. My hips are soooo tight, this helped a lot! Namaste to you as well!

    I'm 14 weeks pregnant and my first trimester has been very challenging in terms of nausea and fatigue so exercise has been out of the question. Even a walk to the supermarket has felt like running a marathon. I had one goal only today and that was to finally complete a yoga video again on RUclips. I've followed your channel for years and I modified this session, and most importantly, I hung in there and completed it! Thanks for all that you do!

      Me too, I'm due 9/20/21!!! Same with the symptoms, I've been doing the 10min classes at night to help me sleep but this was my first 30 min morning!! I feel so great! Good luck with your pregnancy

      @@mcsharron429 That's lovely, congratulations mama! I'm due on the 16th of September with a little girl! (Did the NIPT test to find out gender this early). I can't do anything first thing in the morning as the nausea is still quite strong, but did this sometime after lunch. I wish you all the best with your pregnancy as well!

      First trimesters are notoriously difficult for many mothers. Take it easy 😊 it may may get better when you move to the second and third tri where you will have more energy to move around and exercise.

    Omg Kassandra…the final pose…that neck stretch brought tears . I’ve had emotional releases due to yoga poses before, but that one just opened up a sea of emotions. I’ve been having neck pain because of sitting at the desk and I guess my sleeping position, and I typically do a similar stretch, but I think that one was just the right amount of deep! So glad I chose this video this morning. AND I’m close to square pose! I’ve been working on my hip flexibility for years, and it’s finally showing! I was still upright, but getting my shin close to on top of the other was accomplishment enough today. My word for today was kindness…I had a frustrating moment this morning, but I chose kindness ultimately because I needed to be kind to myself for a bit so I could remain kind to others for the remainder of the day ❤

    A book every Yoga Teacher must have!!This has been amazing to help me sequencing my first classes Tricks.Yoga I LOVE THIS BOOK. I definitely recommend it to any new yoga teacher, who feels like a bit of advice from more experienced yogis. It's always good to even check up or review a sequence one has already made. Great purchase!

    This was so incredible and beautiful! 🥰😍 I love how you point out each mistake we may do, like clenching jaw, forgetting to breath at the right poses, tightening shoulder muscles etc. It makes us better at yoga!!!

    I've tried so many different online yoga classes and Ive decided yours are my go to classes and now all I ever do. I love them.     I did this flow every morning for a and it changed my life. I add little poatures along the way really making it my own.
    I got injury and havent been able to really move for a year and half, my body is so stagnant, locked up, and clunky....
    Coming back to this flow has me in tears remembering a time when my body was once so connected to self. So much gratitude for you! You have been my only yoga teacher for the last 6 years and i am so grateful for you.
    I will be doing this flow again everyday for a year. Much love

    Hi kassandra I've been watching your videos for a couple of years you really help me and your voice is so gentle. I have EDS and chronic fatigue so a lot of exercise is too strenuous for me, but your yoga is just right. Also when I'm super tired I'm still able to do your videos as your voice relaxes me.     More classes like this please! I love the 10/15 min morning yoga classes, but sometimes I want a little more and I don't feel like adding on a different video. This was perfect!
    My word of the day is "good." It's how I want to feel, the way I want to work today (well), and how I feel when I remember everything I have in my life. ☺️

    peace was my word, I have severe lumbar scoliolsis and I simply love your classes. Unfortunately my left leg has peripheral neuropathy (numbness & tingling) which prohibits me from many moves, but I do the best I can to modify. All I know is I can hardly move and am in chronic pain, but I have not only found relief, but hope for each new day to feel just a little bit more open in body, mind and soul.

    Today I chose the word "peace". 😊 And something interesting happened. Yoga helps me manage my lower back - hip pain and when in pigeon pose, while I was breathing and releasing the tension, I thanked my hips and back for carrying all the mental weight, and now it's time that we release it...as I was saying it, I started crying...it was such a deep emotional release that caught me by surprise. Thank you for this practice. You are such a great example!

    I picked contentment. I was amazed by the flow from posture to posture and the long holds in pigeon. There were some new elements here that made it easy to stay focused. Thank you, Kassandra! May you be contented and safe.

    BTW my sister's boyfriend (private trainer and studying osteopathy) asked me for yoga video recommendations, as I am the family yogi. I give him your name, he liked your workouts so much he recommended them to a few guys on a local football team. Now almost the entire team subscribed! So cool!

    My word for the day is energized. 😊. I used to practice yoga but had found it hard to fit into my day. Since being retired I have taken it up again and I make time because of a sore back. After only a couple of weeks of practice I feel like things are not only not as stiff but also my body shape is changing. You are not only motivating but calming, thank you. 😊

    ~Faster paced & creative, well-cued, focusing poses--e.g. opened w/big-toe-gripping happy baby focused on knees toward floor; also reclined butterfly/bridge pose pulsing!
