30 Minute Yoga to De-stress

  • Are you feeling super stressed out? Take thirty minutes to yourself and completely turn things around! This is a very calming, yet uplifting 30 minute yoga sequence to de-stress. It opens up the chest and legs, it encourages a quieting of the mind and invites mindfulness. We'll quiet the chatter in our heads, let go of anxieties and worries, and focus on a meditation in movement.

    Ive watched this video at least 100 times. I've never paid for yoga and I stumbled across it several years ago. Ive been doing it once a week since at least 2012. Just wanted to thank you for posting! It dawned on me today I've never watched any other youtube yoga. I need to diversify. Its been great, but I'm moving on. Cant thank you enough for putting this up!

    This is such a great sequence. I was feeling really stressed out the past few weeks, but this practice made me feel all happy again :) Have you ever thought about doing ASMR-videos, Candace? Your voice is so calming.

      Yoga by Candace. Amanda. This website keeps reloading to subscribe to the news letter and before I can put in the email it jumps back to the main page. Then it starts all over again. I have the app now but nowhere to contact other than the open forum. Please check for problems with the site. If nothing is out of order then it might be on my end.

    Very excellent flow for beginning my week with proper intention/mindset. Thx so much for these videos!! I practice yoga @ home every Sunday (or that's my intention) & love how it changes my focus from the previous week's more fast paced exercise routines. It's about balance. 😊

    Hey Candace, I just want to personally thank you from the bottom of my heart for your yoga practices. Not only have they helped me further my own personal yoga practice but everytime I sit on the mat after a hard day and use one of your videos to unwind and relax, I always finish practice feeling uplifted and happy, which is sometimes quite a hard thing for me to achieve.     Just came across your channel and was watching this to see what I thought, and your voice is soooo relaxing with clear instruction. Lovely simple background, too.Makes it very easy to stay focused and clear my head. I am definitely going to try this sequence and check out your other videos!

    Thank you Candace for your great videos! I absolutely love the 20 min beginners flow sequence, where this video helped me to de-stress as well :). I see progress in my flexibility by following your sequences. I also tried other RUclips yoga beginner courses but have to say I like your sequences and voice best :). I will definitely continue to learn yoga by your videos!

    My team in the office moved to newly remodeled floor with open workspaces. As someone with social anxiety, I was happy to see a meditation room on the floor. Can you suggestion short maybe 15 minutes stress management type practice?

    Loved this Candace, thank you! When I stretch my arms over my legs and grab onto my feet from the top, I feel my upper back stretch (even though I'm trying to keep the focus on stomach to thighs). So now I grab my feet from the sides and that helps. Do you have any recommended videos for super tight hips?

    Hello Candace! :) I just want to ask you, I workout daily doing zuzkalight workouts and I'm starting to incorporate yoga as well, hoe many minutes a day of yoga would be a good start to build up to become amazing like you!? I love my strength training workouts, but I love the flexibility in yoga and how good it makes your body feel. So far right now, I warm up and cool down with two of your videos, but I don't know if that's enough. Also, how do I know which of your videos to pair up? Thank you! ;)
