    "Notice how each in breath gives you something you NEED." Beautiful words to remember when life feels like its falling apart and on good days. You have everything you need. The Universe is for you, always.

    I prefer guided meditation because it helps calm my restless mind. This is a very nice, short meditation that I can easily work into my day and night. Meditation before bedtime is a great way to get me ready for sleep. Thank you, Candace, for this and your great yoga videos. Namaste.

    I saved this video every possible way I could, I feel so stressed about everything, and I hate how Cliche it is to be stressed, and I feel so ungrateful for everything in the world and my attitude towards it makes me feel so sick. I’m going to do this every time I feel overwhelmed, I did it twice tonight, hope I persist.👍🏻

    Tried several meditations and this one actually has my blood pressure drop after using it. So thanks very much. I like your voice and the use of calm breathing guidance without music. Thumbs up! - It is also short enough that have no excuse not to take the time to use every day.

    i never felt so calm in my whole life. im so happy i can cry. why did i learn yoga just now. by the way, i notice that my inhales are short or shallow. and is it normal that while breathing, your body feels heavy and it's like the floor is pulling you? i hope this will be answered.

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  7 лет назад +3

      Often times when the inhales are short and shallow, it means you're dealing with anxiety or stress. Try breathing slow, deep, powerful breaths. The body heavy during exhales is a good thing - means you're relaxed.

    I've been doing this off n on for a while. Just wanted to leave a commentary. Firstly, it's very good for such a short meditation..one problem though is in mentioning if we are thinking thoughts then push them away..as soon as you say that, I start thinking thoughts when before I wasnt at all. Is there any way to omit that in future meditations? I wanted to also add after this meditation I was able to hear the thoughts of a husky dog as I was talking to him. It happened spontaneously and the hilarious part was I heard his response in Spanish. I had asked him to come to me and he wouldnt so I gave up and started to walk away..just as I was almost gone he said in Spanish "I'm ok sitting here". It was so funny! I recognize the texture and feeling of a psychic thought so I am able to distinguish them from imagination alone. It's not the first time I've heard an animal say something. So thanks for that.

    Hello. I really like your videos. I think your yoga tutorials are fantastic. Thanks a lot.
    I have a question, though. I know this topic is probably too taboo to talk about, but do you think masturbation is a valid form of stress relief and meditation? I ask because nearly no one who does yoga / meditation tutorials ever discusses this topic, and I was just curious. It honestly seems like the most personal and stress relieving practice imaginable. I promise I don't mean to be offensive. Just honestly curious of someone's take on it.
