This is amazing. Nowadays, I battle with my mind a lot. More so than everyone I’ve ever shared my difficulties with. It’s like I feel alone, unique to a fault, and even broken. My issue is that I tend to doubt my health and the capability of my body to handle the gamut of strong emotions like stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, extreme joy, fear and panic. Somewhere I lost that quiet confidence I took for granted in my younger years, as fear is no longer something I am able to handle without it escalating to something stronger like panic and pressure in my head and chest. Feeling at my wits end, I sought the help of a therapist and she prescribed some guided meditation. I’ve checked out a few videos and although those are good in their own right, nothing leaves feeling as empowered after every session as yours. I thank you from the bottom of my heart that there are people like you in this world who bother to create aids for people who feel as broken as I did/do (I still have a bit of work to do, but feel even more hopeful after finding this vid). My apologies for the rambling, but thanks again. This is life changing

I had horrible events happen in my life this year, which triggered anxiety attacks. Like many people, I never thought that I’d have anxiety attacks. I am finally recovering after a couple months of battling debilitating anxiety. Here’s what helped me! In case anyone needs some advice, ill leave some below (I know I did). Just remember, you’ll get through this, I thought I wouldn’t and I have. This video is part of my daily routine now and has helped tremendously.
    What helped me:
    1. Run 1 mile every other day or Everyday if possible. Any excerise really for 1 hr.
    2. Meditate 1 or 2 times a day.
    3. Drink chamomile tea before bed to help body relax
    4. Purchase 12 lb stress blanket and use when feeling anxious
    5. Eat healthy meals
    6. Limit screen time about two and a half hours before bed.
    7. Do something you enjoy, to take your mind off things!
Don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t see progress quickly, be kind to yourself. Be at peace with whats happening to you and know it will be ok in the end.

So I get nervous to add a comment of my own cause I don’t want to sound like a bot or anything lol but I have to say something.
This video has hands down gave me the best meditation experience I’ve ever had. I have severe anxiety that never goes away. I’m always disassociating and never not fearing something. I also took deep breaths in between but that didn’t help so much.. I was just totally out of it. This medication made me cry and cured my anxiety/insomnia. Thank you so much!🤗

Please start taking magnesium GLYCINATE, no other magnesium will help because the body cannot absorb it. Glycinate is the best, most absorbable magnesium. I suggest this out of pure experience and years and years of illness and one of them is anxiety and mental illness. Last year I went through a phase of 4 months where I would have panic attacks over and over every day. 3-7 panic attacks a day. After taking magnesium glycinate after 2-3 months they completely went away. Not joking. No medication either with that. I just took 400-800mg of it daily and it helped me so much. Anxiety didn’t go away but I no longer had panic attacks and my nervous system started to calm down DRAMATICALLY. Get a good one with no additives and stuff, iHerb is good and ships worldwide.

All I can say is .....wow.... that was intense. All of my 29 years on this earth, I've battled depression, low self confidence, etc. I've built my persona off of what I thought people wanted ME to be and continously beat myself up for never achieving that image. As a result, I constantly told myself I was a loser, lazy, and a failure. I constantly catch myself wishing I simply didnt exist. During the part about taking the elevator down all I saw was darkness. All I could say was "I don't know who I am" and eventually broke down into tears and was sobbing like crazy. I don't cry. I didn't even cry when my kids were born. I didn't cry when my wife experienced back to back miscarriages. I didn't cry when I realized everyone I thought were my friends essentially abandoned me. I haven't cried since I was a kid, and even then they were mostly tears of frustration and anger. I've battled with a sense of emptiness and lack of direction, and I think it was because I wasn't living life for ME. Thank you so much for this. This was fantastic.

Most mindful breathing techniques are extremely helpful. (4-7-8 ), Exhaling slightly longer than inhale will help relaxation. Making these techniques a habit takes some willpower, just like making any new habit or breaking any bad habit. Some of these things take as little as 3 to 5 mins.,2 or 3 times a day & it's free. If you need they stress relief nothing could be easier. It's worth it. Seeing relief will take a few weeks, but it is a starting point, Then adding some guided meditation will build positively from that point.

This is wonderful. It helped me calm an overactive mind after a busy day where I felt like nothing I could do was good enough. If you’re reading this, I hope you see your own peace and self-value for today 😊

Nothing is forever! Whatever you’re going through doesn’t last. Keep pushing.

The first time I did this mediation the library was scary with flickering lights and a flooded floor. I had to keep reminding myself of the description you were giving.
The library I imagine during this mediation gets more beautiful each time. Each floor before my unconscious mind seems to be more peaceful. I planted seeds there and I'm gonna make this place my mind mansion (or whatever they call it) for remembering things I learn.
    Thank you so much.

The day will come when everyone around you no longer judges and speaks but rather are silent and understanding. That day isn't happening until everyone stops being selfish and starts caring about others before themselves. Once everyone realizes we are all born on the same planet, we are all born the same species and all these labels and classifications are just distractions, concealing the truth and the reality of life itself. ☮✌🏼️☯🌎

I love this meditation. Only critic on it is the speed at which the elevator ascends and meditation ends. Its very quick and I don't quite catch everything on the way up. The rest was wonderful. Thank you
