      me too, my thoughts race and race before i sleep. ill think of dark things that upset me that i dont wanna think about and i tell my mind to shut up but it keeps going and going.. its so draining.

      My son has nerve pain from post herpetic neuropathy also in his head forehead and eye lid. He had shingles in Sept. I will send him this recording. I love all Sarah’s recordings and hope it will help comfort my son with some healing. I also pray for your continued healing. 🙏🏻

      Oh my god. You have it too??? Holy shit I thought I was the only one. All the nerves in your head, lighting up individually and radiating out as though they've been injected with essence of pain?
      This is so surreal. It feels like nobody else has this covid complication and doctors don't believe me when I say it started when I got covid. Damn. There's another.

      They are learning more and more about chronic pain and how we can help ourselves, help our brain to change directions, calm down, reinterpret a signal, and so on. People are recovering who have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and chronic pain, long covid. And many people are contributing so much, for free. We can't wait for science but we can keep up with the latest discoveries about the brain, which tell us how it can change, how we can bring about the changes. Meditation is one of those options.

    I just tried this TODAY! I’m a night shifter who was stress and couldn’t turn my brain off. I put this on around 330p and just dozed off. Didn’t even know that I went to sleep. I woke up at 1030p feeling so relaxed, mind clear. THANK YOU. I will be using this again.

    Three months of restless sleep, 3 to 5 vivid dreams per night, I've been feeling disconnected from my emotions and I've been living on auto pilot untill last night. I felt miserable, like a robot, I thought I was going crazy with a 100 voices in my head. This meditation last night made me feel human again, I finally cried and released all the emotions and talked deeply with my partner afterwards and finally I could hear one single clear voice in my head. It's nuts, we do need to clear our mind just as much as our body!
    Thank you eternally for this meditation, it was pure magic, this is the power of community on RUclips, your work can change lives!❤

    Thank you Sarah for the hour long sleep meditation. It works overtime! Have used it for months (started around January 2024) have bilateral lower leg nerve pain. Your voice is so soothing. Appreciate it's a free video.

    This is the meditation I now listen to EVERY night when I go to sleep. I have yet to hear the entire video because I always fall asleep within halfway through, and it's the only meditation that helped me without having to take sleeping medication. Thank you so much!

    Tried this today when my thoughts are too loud from worrying too much after someone else's health. I figured I should also do some self care and get some sleep since it's not good to pour yourself onto others. I think this worked wonders!     I am suffering from breathing ocd right now. Listening to a Louise Hay video this morning triggered my hyperfocusing on my breathing. I recently broke up with my bf, and that triggered the anxiety to go out of control, which in turn triggered breathing ocd, to the point I didn't sleep last night because I was focusing on my breathing.

      I have since seen a psychiatrist who prescribed me 5 mg to start of Escitalopram and then 10 mg after a week. I am also going to see a therapist this coming week. What else can I do? I've been getting 3 hours of sleep all week, and I feel so tired. Last night, I didn't sleep at all. I'm so afraid I'll die.

    Thank you❤ your soft soothing voice had the power to calm me this morning. It was amazing & I am so grateful to you.
    Today my Nan would have been 102 had she still been alive. She was a lovely woman & she used to call me a 'lovely girl'. Those were her words even as a grown woman. Also 'lovely boy' if you were a male. I stitched those words on to a piece of fabric last night, along with her name, date & year of birth & a heart with kisses inside. I'm going to add it to my fabric book that I've been stitching all year.
    I was thinking of her during this meditation & imagined I was holding her hand. It made me feel wonderful.

    My 83 year old Mother passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Nov 26 in her chair while eating her lunch. She was very healthy, good lungs and no heart issues. She did have Osteoporosis and a recent hip replacement in Sept but she also got the 5th covid booster in October despite my begging her not to. I got the autopsy result today and it said cause of death was “Cardiovascular disease.” I cant prove it but I have no doubt that shot was the cause of her death. Shes never had any cardiovascular issues, diabetes, etc. Im so angry and tired of the needless suffering and deaths and we all know whats causing it John. Keep up the good work and never give up. Sooner or later this horrific crime has got to be stopped and those responsible held accountable to the fullest extent.

      I'm so very sorry to hear this ,my mother died 18 months ago ,she was 87 with alzhiemers ,no cardiovascular or diabetes either .She died of dvt /pulmonary embolism and convinced the one shot she had caused this because after it she developed regular nose bleeds and blood clots from her bottom NEVER had these before that shot 😢😢,xx

      My 61 yr old mother w no previous health issues died from one dose. She died 4 months basically to the day. My children and I found her in my daughters bed. She’d gone to take a nap and had only been in the room 20 mins from last we spoke.My heart is with u me and so many others forced to be silent ❤️

    I have heard many insomnia anxiety spritual and hypnotic videos this one put me to sleep quickly and even though i woke up 5 times i continued the video and it put me back to sleep before the video ended.

    Wow this helped so much! I usually can’t sleep at all the night before something because my mind just won’t shut off. Giving my brain words and directions to focus on really helped

    I love this meditation. The breath work at the start and the full body relaxation is perfect. I have constant pain in my thumb due to CRPS and this is the only meditation that I've found that doesn't make me focus on my finger tips, thank you.
    I do wish your other meditations had the same beginning as I would love to have the releasing of the day or self love etc to be a focus. Keep them coming though and thanks again. Love and blessings.

    This meditation I’ve listened to a few times. I did love it. I fall asleep fast and sleep almost always through the night. Recently I put the correlation together that every time I listen to it I have nightmares. Probably not going to listen to this one again. I do love the other sleep ones though.

      I suffer from night terrors so I sympathize with you. As I am typing this I am also eating some crackers. If I have nightmares tonight, it's most likely because I am eating before I go to sleep. I have yet to give this one a try.     Please pray for God to restore my life. I have some unknown digestive disease that has progressed into body wasting and now neurological disease that left me unable to sleep at all. Now I'm losing my memory and my brain function. I need a real miracle. If anyone can help me, please do. I miss my partner of 20 years. I miss my family. Everyone has turned away from me because they don't know what to do. I had a beautiful life and I didn't appreciate it enough. Please God forgive me and restore me, I will do anything. Please Jesus.

    I love this meditation and it really sends me off to sleep but I wish the body scan included the shoulders as that's the place I really need to relax. I always add it in myself.

    I listened to this video for the first time! I slept for an hour and a half 😢 and now wide awake! I am a chronic insomniac! Suffered with it for over 40 years! Guess there is nothing that will help me sleep!

      Praying for you, don't give up even after 40+yrs, you will still have your healing in Jesus mighty name amen...Also note that all these years, your body has indeed been getting rest some way somehow, thank God! Hope you try yoga, regular exercise, journaling your thoughts and also the meditations. A combination of restful habits throughout the day will all work together. Be kind and gentle to yourself 🙏🏽

    I have a lot of anxiety, worry, fear, fear, pain. Negative thoughts. I go to the primary doctor, the gynecologist and the cardiologist and the neurologist and they have done tests and checked me and they tell me that I have nothing that I am well thank God. But I am still anxious and panicky of thinking ugly things and that makes me desperate. I put everything in God's hands and I don't want to feel this way anymore. I get dizzy, tachycardia, chest and head pain, chills, numbness, the parts of my body bother me when it is not one place is another, I touch myself and feel things and thank God all the tests turned out well and I am in perfect condition health but I do not know what is happening I feel distressed 😭😭😭😭😭😭

      Yes this is hard!! I go through it everyday I struggle with having my mindset on stuff sometimes and then I’m thinking why is my arm tingling why is my head hurting and again told the same it’s anxiety 😥 it’s hard but sometimes I listen to white noise and I just saw this hope it helps me too! I feel the same too and this is desperate because one cannot go a day without this agony and concern for more than I try. But please drink chamomile tea and boil it with and linden flower, star anise and anise seed it is very calming and relaxing. You can also buy magnesium powder in Amazon the raspberry flavor from Calm brand and you can add ir to water and drink it it’s very soothing and calmes your nerves and anxiety. I do relaxation and breathing exercises or mindfulness exercises of those of 5 and 10 minutes to calm anxiety, listen to relaxing music to calm the mind or music of God and I start to pray and cry to vent. Last night I woke up twice in the early morning restless with fear and chest pain, and head, and dizziness, my body feels numb, and my hands make them feel nauseous and want to go to the bathroom and chest discomfort in my heart on the left side of the breast every day is something 😭😭😭. But God is in control and he will not leave us alone in this. This too should pass in the name of God amen. I am here for you when you need me.
