      Maybe it’s time to consider another job? Unless that’s how you feel no matter what type of job you have in any industry/position.

      Mine is the complete opposite because when i have a job free day, i get a weird sense of anxiety before sleeptime. I guess its because i dont do much on a work free day (i watch TV most of the day). I should start walking and spending time in fresh air, at least 30min a day when i have nothing else to do.

    i randomly get anxious, usually at night. anything can trigger it. it only has to make my heart rate beat a bit faster and then i'll start freaking out. its only been happening for the past 3 weeks and so its been kinda scary just randomly getting anxiety

      That's why i stopped staying up till 3 am and started waking up early at 6
      I came to conclusion Early morning exercise can fix any anxiety and makes me productive

      exactly the same for me as well... I know it is different for everyone but I listen to loud distracting music at night and it makes it hard to think and that really helps me also chamomile tea is very calming.

    Wow I was feeling like I was about to pass out/throw up have a panic attack but then I listened to this meditation and about 30 seconds in my body started to relax, my mind started to ease and I could breathe again. Thank you for these 5 min meditations, they truly do make a difference ❤🙌

    I've extreme anxiety from past 4 years and this was the first tike i listened to this video and at the end of the video. It literally felt so relaxing like genuinely i felt so calm and relaxing. As if my mind, heart and body were healing. I can't express that feeling in words!! Loved this! 😭❤

    This is amazingly effective. Who would imagine that such a brief and beautifully simple exercise would reap these benefits! I realized my anxiety is so profound that it was even causing blurred vision, clenched jaw....but after completing these steps I feel so so SO much better!     Very thoughtfully done. I love the smoke, and the way it fades to black at the end. I appreciate that he speaks softly. Didn't think I would like the repeating part, but when it came time to use my voice it was a good measuring stick for how calm I was feeling. I lowered my own voice to match his, and was instantly more peaceful. =)

    I’m a college student and with all of my work that’s piling up right now, my anxiety and nerves have been through the roof. I feel so much relief right now, and I’m now able to focus on the positives a little bit more. I cried a little bit while listening to this but I realized that’s all of my anxiety going away.     i have terrible night time anxiety and this video helped me in so many ways. i was going through one of my ocd fits because i couldn’t get one of my nightly routines right and the anxiety was building. this made me calm and present and brought me to the realization that it doesn’t matter how many times i check under my desk, or how i have to open my closet a certain amount of times before i go to bed, that everything is gonna be okay. thank you from saving me from a panic attack tonight. i will be coming back for this.

    I've always been a fan of the shorter meditations because my attention span isn't the best. A lot of the times I find the shorter ones aren't as well put or just very basic. You seemed to hit every point and when you said you've done this before, it gave me relief knowing that hell yeah I did. Thank you for this.       If you close your eyes, you can see it, see your pulse pounding against your retinas.

    thank you for this. it really worked and helped so much. i was just forced to relive a traumatic experience that i had 5 years ago which made me realize i never really got over it and i also didn't realize the trauma was that deep. i couldn't control the fear or the tears. i never had such a bad episode before. the people i am self isolating with right now don't understand and made fun of me during the episode which added to the emotional stress. i'm glad i found this, i feel a lot better now. i'll definitely be coming back.

    Thank you so much for this. There is 11 days of school left for me, and my literacy teacher wants me to wright an essay in a short amount of time so it is done before the end of school. I was stressing about it a lot, and I wanted to quit school. I really needed to calm my mind and this was perfect.     I suffer from anxiety over throwing up which is a stupid thing to have such bad anxiety over because the simplest pain in my stomach sends me into this panicking spiral. This video really did help me for fast relief of my anxiety. Thank you

    Tried this because my anxiety has been through the roof these past 2 weeks, and mid-way through my cat came over sat on my desk and put her paws over my heart. I think a combination of that in this video really helped calm me down and let me breathe without worry for a bit.

      It's ok, the same thing happened to me a year ago when my therapist recommended meditation to me. I thought she was crazy and overthought the instructions. It didn't work then but now that I'm doing it independently it works

    I am really, really struggling today. I know that everything will work it self out, I just have to continue breathing and working my way through it. I hope that whoever is out there also struggling will have a fantastic day today. I hope you remember to smile and breathe deeply and fully. I know it’s hard, but everything eases and gets better with time. I am here with you, struggling in many ways as well. Let me send you all the love, peace and kindness within my heart and may it surround you in a nice warm hug. Remember to not bottle up what you’re feeling inside, just let it out. Crying, screaming into a pillow, working out aggressively, etc. Letting it out will only make you stronger and help with your healing process.       Corrine, do you know that Jesus is coming back soon? Are you ready? Today is the day of salvation, choose LIFE (Jesus) before it's too late. It won't be long now until the great tribulation of 7 years starts (the last 7 years of the world as it is now, and Jesus will save His followers before the great tribulation starts ), all the signs of the times are pointing towards this, and Jesus is your only hope for salvation, so I'm begging you to ask God to open your eyes and to consider these words from God's Word carefully:
