I have not tried Yoga since recovering from a Brain tumor, and obesity. I am now back on the Fitness track and found you through happenstance. You are so easy to follow. I tried a few different instructors, but you left me feeling relaxed, and balanced. So much so that I went through more and more videos so that as my ability increases I can continue with you! Hell yes just what I needed. I think for all of the people saying it’s too fast paced, that’s why it is a morning wake up routine. To get the blood flowing and the body moving and ready for the day! I personally loved this! Ready for work now! 💜
Candace, again, enjoyed the simple narrated (not speaking-as-you-show) demonstration, the minimalist background (no flowers, vases, pictures, pets walking by). I also appreciated the great remedy to wrist issues (I have three cysts in my wrist that need aspirating soon) demonstrated in 9:30: truly helped a lot with achieving that pose. Thanks for the helpful demonstrations.
I really enjoyed this - I did it right after my morning coffee. Today is Monday and a nice yoga routine is exactly what I needed. I feel like my body is ready to go now. This routine has some nice back, chest, arm, and leg stretches - but not too much.
I absolutely love your clear instructional videos, this is by far my favorite yoga channel. Your voice is so calming and soothing. Can't wait to try this tomorrow! I have a hard time waking up in the morning so I like to do a mild routine with a video (because my mind isn't awake enough to have a good routine flow) to awaken my body and prep it for a yoga or pilates workout later in the day. This is wonderful!

Thanks! You included a few poses that I haven't seen very often, which was helpful. The breathing was a little faster than I do with most yoga routines, and I would have liked to hold most of the poses just a few seconds longer. I'll still come back to reference these poses again and take it at my own pace. Great way to start my day!
+Mary White Hi Mary! The breathing was faster because it's meant to be a warm up to the day - almost like a step down from traditional vinyasa. Holding poses longer is a style of yoga called Hatha yoga, so if you're interested in that, I suggest searching for a hatha yoga class to find what you'd like. Hope that helps!!
