I do this class three times a week at home, as I am currently suffering from bronchitis and do not have the strength to attend regular yoga class. It really restores me. Also, I use it when I am traveling to conferences in cramped hotel rooms when it is hard to find a yoga class. It is a perfect, gentle quick class. Thank you so much for this!

Really enjoyed this video, I appreciate how you verbalize the movements right before you do them, that makes everything much easier to follow! I have been trying yoga for maybe two months now and its shameful how badly my legs still shake with certain moves, even just attempting to hold them straight up while lying on the floor, but again you have wonderful videos so I'll be utilizing more of these to practice :)

I would still consider myself a beginner at yoga and I've been practicing several of your videos on here. I love combining the 10-15 min practices to tailor my experience to my needs. This particular practice has been really great for me. I was an athlete all through my younger years and since moving to China have really gotten out exercising every day and lost most of my strength and flexibility. This practice has not only boosted my confidence, but helped take away many areas of tension and pain from past injuries by strengthening the joints and muscles. I love this video and will continue to do it in conjunction with some of the other videos too! Thanks so much for posting and sharing your passion with the rest of us. :)

it's hard to find a yoga video with a soothing voice. this is the perfect morning yoga. it transitions from easy, to medium, to complex, back to medium and then calm down meditation. This is great! I feel invigorated and renewed. This is the best yoga channel I've found on youtube so far! It is well paced, just the right amount of challenge and easy to follow. You also do a great job of doing each side of the body evenly. It annoys the crap out of this perfectionist when instructors don't do both sides. Thank you so much!

+R Jones Well I definitely have a video or two where I have messed up and forgotten one side - please don't hate me if you stumble upon it. Its just that youtube 'punishes' people who take down videos so I have to leave them up.... but glad to hear you liked this one!

There are so many crappy yoga videos on youtube. This one is actually good! It's appropriate for all levels, so I was able to modify as a more intermediate-advancedyogi, but there were always modifications for beginners. Thank you for your clear instructions -- and the flow was really great. The only thing I would add is: it's really important to include some time for the shavasana (edit it into the end if the camera shuts off), because otherwise the video ends and youtube sends us to loud Pizza Hut ads and the like, which is kind of the opposite of corpse pose. Otherwise... great!

Anna martine Whitehead Thanks so much for the feedback, Anna. This is actually an older video of mine (at the time, I had a time limit put in place by youtube so I couldn't do the full savasana). Since then, my time limit has been lifted and all recent videos (made within the last few months or so) have a full savasana :)

    Candace,
Just wanted to let you know you know that I love your sequence! I've done this twice, and it's great. Also, love the poochie and how you had to hold the laugh back on the drop! Funny!
    Thank you:)

Joseph Steger Hey Joseph! Thanks for taking the time to let me know you enjoyed this sequence! It's one of my personal favorites because it really just feels so good! :) I've been away from my dog for three months and I get to see him in THREE days when I finally go home - I cannot wait! :)

Nice flow to do when I've got energy. I must pause it and do it twice slower when I need a more restorative practice. A bit fast for me.

Thanks for share with us this lesson
I watched and practiced with the same yoga lesson for a while and I've been quite lazy to try a new one eventually I did and rather than stress me out, because of new poses, I found your lesson very good.
    Thank you again

Hi Candace, this video is still one of the best you ever made! So relaxed but with a nice flow throughout the practice. I especially like the way you once did this voice over-thing, it has a unique calmness and it kind of enhances the whole yoga experience :) thank you and happy new year!
