This is my absolute favourite yoga flow. Always love Caley’s routines but this is especially incredible! It feels like it gets at every part of your body and is a great mix of leg strength, core strength and flexibility.
This was the best class to get me back into my daily yoga practice after a whole week break. Such a challenging, invigorating & fun class and the transitions were amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll be coming back to this class again & add some of the flows to my daily yoga routine. Caley is one of the best yoga teachers, no doubt one of my favourites too. Thanks for this amazing practice. ❤️🙏🏼

I love all of Caley's classes but this one is my absolute favorite. Her physiology knowledge of yoga really shines throughout as the class builds and builds towards the final wheel pose. Just a really incredible class!
Finally got a semi-decent wheel pose for the first time during this! Really good, Caley is definitely my favorite yoga teacher.

I wish you guys would end the videos with 2 minutes of relaxing music though. I hate it when you end in savasana and youtube starts playing the next video 😫
Turn off the autoplay option. That will stop the video once it ends instead of playing the next one.

Wow this flow has sth special about it - every time I do this and get up after savasana I´m extremely happy and then I always randomly notice a message on my cellphone which distributes to my life in a very positive way and I become even more happy and grateful and optimistic. This class is fantastic, Caley is a great teacher that walks you through both the movement and syncing your flows with breath and provides variations on poses depending on your abilities. Thanks again, great class will keep an eye on this series.

I appreciate this free offering but wasn't a fan of the class. I like a smooth, intuitive flow where each posture flows into the other. This was more of a discrete set of poses with an emphasis on corework and "working out." Just not for me :)
