I got two things out of this flow: 1. I'm stiff like a stick. 2. I really really needed this kind of flow to stretch out my tight hips. This was really really good and I will come back to this flow many times!

My husband has really messed up hips from years of skating, so I convinced him to start doing this yoga "routine" with me... He just came to me saying how he hasn't been in any pain (which was a daily occurrence before) since we started doing this once a week. I'm so grateful to have found it! Thank you!
I love this video! I started doing this flow (almost) everyday because I had really bad back pain caused by tight hips. I used to be limping/in pain 4 hours into a shift but now I'm pain free after 8 hours. At first I disliked this flow because of how short the poses are (I'd recommend pausing it during your poses for the first few practices) but after a while the speed of the flow is perfect. I've never been able to do a full lotus before, but I was able to finally do it for the first time at the end of this session!! I did hold most posses for longer than the video does.
i actually liked this flow rather than your other videos coz this was not slow and i wanted to try something of this pace🙂 otherwise all your other videos r sooooo slow it gets kinda boring😅 but thanks for this😀

This is honestly the best stretch I’ve ever experienced for opening hips. Wow. Thank you. My knees are starting to hurt when I run and I suspect it’s from how tight my hips and IT band are. Thank you.
i did this flow after 30 minute Vinyasa flow. First time in my life I could do lotus pose (although its not perfect). Thank you and hope we can see more video from Kylan.
I did this at the end of a long day and too much sitting, and I feel much calmer, ready for sleep. I appreciate that its not too long, and has the best hip opening poses. I will do this sequence regularly. Very wrist friendly too. Thanks for this relaxing flow!
Kylan, thank you for this hip opening sequence. Wow, my hips are awake. Your reminders to relax into each pose were perfectly timed- I find that I often fight gravity with muscle tension. This was lovely and exactly what I wanted from a quick hip practice. Namaste. 🙏

So I promised myself that when the mindful movement challenge ended, I would continue to challenge myself and explore the videos I have avoided. I really like this one i have really tight hips and am struggling to get flexibility into them but i noticed a big diference with this i was able to get into a full lotus for the first time at the end. Thanks for this will definitely make this one of my regular classes.

would be better to have easier options. I did this class because I have tight hips and want to work on that, but several of the positions were not available to me. Kylan is very flexible!
The moves are great, I just wish this sequence was a bit more slower. Maybe because I am a beginner, by the time I am getting in a pose, the instructor is already changing positions haha
kimy st HI kimy, you know you can always change the speed of a RUclips video. You can make it slower by pressing on the 3 dots then click on the speed. On the computer it's where the wheel icon. If you take too much fast or too much slow it will distort the sound but still you will mange to sync with the moves. :) hope it helps

This class would be better after a warm-up, maybe a short vinyasa flow. There are some difficult hip stretches that.
