    Love how she said: "you might be living in a tight body". Therefore separating me and my body, not identifying myself just with my body. It's so refreshing ❤️ and empowering💪

    This episode is like my favorite movie, I'm always in the mood to rewatch! I'm convinced this is the greatest 15min yoga session I have ever encountered. Caley is a fabulous teacher and makes you feel like you're always doing something new. Thank you thank you!

    I do this routine several times per week, and I still sometimes giggle when she says "if you live in a tight body." This is always a great way to start the day!

    I have been following this routine for a week. It has worked wonders for me. For starters I feel energized all day. No more morning grogginess and Need for bed tea. I can get a head start on my day. I am noticing visible improvement in my upper body strength. The upward dog is really a powerful pose. Looking forward to do take up your 30 minute routine after I become good at this one.

    I find myself coming back to this flow with Caley, especially when I'm not in the mood for a long workout or strapped for time. It ALWAYS hits the spot for me & I feel so very energetic afterwards. Short and sweet, this is one of my absolute favourite yoga session. ❤️🙏🏼

    I have been doing this yoga workout every am for the past 3 weeks to help the piriformis syndrome that is causing my left hip /back pain. It does exactly the right thing for me, and I am pain free as long as I keep this up. Thank you so much!!! 😊

    I was so excited to start a morning yoga routine. I love yoga, but have a hard time making time for it. I'm so glad I did this to start my day! I've been following Alo Yoga on IG for a couple months now.

    This was perfect! I needed something fast, suited for morning, but that would still build the heat before I go to work, and this absolutely fit the bill!

    I love this flow. I awoke this morning with some LBP & after completing the video, it is gone! I think what really did it for me was the core-strengthening. Would love some more quick morning flows incorporating that!!

      Yes, the virus has me searching for virtual yoga. I never knew it all existed on RUclips, some really interesting flows and classes. Who needs anything "live" any more? (partially kidding)

    Done this flow a few times now and love it more and more each time. It's amazing when I don't have a lot of time in the morning but still want to feel some warmth. So well paced for a sore sleepy body. Thank you!

    Hi, I started this morning daily ritual since Quarantine March 21. I love it, it gives me some stability, flexibility....Thank you so much for this video. It is SO helpful for a beginner who never practiced yoga before.

    Casey Alyssa and Morgan Haley are my go to girls when I’m feeling like I want to be led rather than flow in my own personal practice. Love this quickie morning flow and use it often when I am limited in my time on my mat before I begin my work day. Thank you Casey for always having great explanations, transitions and sequencing. Love everything about this!!!! 💋🙏🏻💚

    This is an awesome flow. I am a Pilates girl and have been trying off and on for a few years to get into yoga, but haven’t found something that keeps me wanting to come back to it. This is the only yoga routine that I’ve wanted to come back to. Thank you!

    I'm super duper new to this world and your instructions were great, I am both not familiar with the terminology, and I have glasses so I can't always properly look at the screen when doing these exercises. Your verbal guidance was great! And I felt challenged, yet I wasn't saying "how the he'll am I supposed to do that" all the time

    This is a great flow. I wish you create similar flows, around 15-20 min but still very energizing and good for strecth.

    I really enjoyed this video! A short but sweet jam packed practice that woke me up nicely. I did not anticipate feeling so much heat in only 15 minutes, but you guys never cease to amaze me! I't s Friday, and this was a great way to start the day, I am full of energy to close the work week. Thank you Alo and Caley for this practice!
