    I love your channel. I used this today as I couldn't easily use my matt or a chair in my house at the time and had a concert to go to where the chairs are notoriously bad on the lower back a D shoulders so this helped stretch in advance !

    I am thinking yoga like this is helpful staying in hotels, seems grounding away from home. Also, have you read David Deida or Franz Bardon, in their own way they discuss breathing and mental control that reminds me of this yoga as well. Thanks!

    Thank you Candace. This is great. I’ve been doing every morning this week and love it. Just wondering what muscles the movement where you bring your elbows up beside your ears is supposed to stretch. I don’t feel anything in particular and wonder if I’m doing it correctly.

    • @yogabycandace
      @yogabycandace  6 лет назад +1

      No, you're not doing it incorrectly - sometimes it's more about just getting circulation going - you dont need to feel a stretch in each movement.
