This was subtle but fantastic! I go from phases of my body locking up and this brought out a click from my left side of my neck which gave me a release of tension which was very good to feel! My body felt stiff, and my muscles were tense, so I searched for relaxing yoga and found you. I started with a 10-minute yoga session, and afterward, my body felt fantastic and relaxed.
