Thank you so much. You have literally saved my life. My husband My husband has MS, and in 2019 he was diagnosed with Alzheimers. Last July he fell and fractured 4 disks in his spine. I am no longer able to leave home to practice yoga, and when I found your channel I was thrilled. I always start my day with at least a ten minute show, and if there is time, I do longer shows. This practice helps me set my focus for the day ahead. My word or phrases are often stay calm, be patient, just relax or find the joy in the day. Thank you so much! Keep posting those ten and fifteen minute shows please!
I love how it had a bit more intermediate poses in it and the reverse table top with arm push. Nice switch up. And of course, how amazing was it to have your cat join us ❤ nice flow today especially during cold and flu season!

Wow, this was perfect. I have ADHD and was feeling soooo groggy and stale-yet antsy and ungrounded. This was so short and yummy and energizing and I feel so good. I loved starting with that core work! It was refreshing and I found myself laughing out loud at the beginning because it just felt so activating and grounding right off the bat. The relief and joy at the load coming off my chest was almost euphoric. Another go-to class. Thank you, thank you ❤

Again, thank you for upping the level for a morning yoga session. I had a difficult time with pose at 8:16 timestamp. Other than that, I feel wide awake and stretchy in my hips and legs. I was yawning a lot in the beginning bit, but now I'm ready to start the day. 😊

I've fallen out of practice for quite some time now and I randomly decided to do some short practice, then this popped up. I am very grateful because as you said, I am feeling much more comfortable in my body after just several minutes ❤ Namaste
Love love love your yoga classes. So relaxing and stretchy... My sister is also a yoga instructor but I am not able to go to her very often for classes. Love doing yours before bedtime. Even the morning ones.
I especially liked this one. Most mornings, all I have time for is 10 mins, so I love all your 10 min videos! I feel like this one targeted the sore muscles I got from using the treadmill last night - phew, grateful!!!

Very tense yet effective 10 minutes ❤ the most painful poses for me is still the pyramid pose and half split!
