Welcome to Day 13 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This 10 minute morning yoga practice will help you to detox and de-stress this morning. I will walk you through a number of twists and fun poses in this playful practice. And also get in to some pranayama with Lion's Breath!

I felt it when you said no structure haha, so I decided not to make a to do list today and go with the flow of today and enjoy it :)
I'll go to the swing nearby! Dragon pose was Impossible for m w lol but it's good you show us harder poses too it makes me want to get there

- my back pain
- my headaches
- I feel less tired and more energized

This practice was harder for me today, I woke up with very little motivation and had to modify a lot of the poses. But I’m proud that I completed it anyway!

This was day #13 of my fourth month doing the 30 day yoga challenge. I am so grateful for this program. I don't know how I would have gotten through covid and this winter without it. Now I cannot imagine not doing it every morning. I feel so much better and stronger all over. Thank you, thank you, Kassandra!!

I ended up living the mantra spent the morning at a pool with my kids on rope swings, obstacle courses, diving board etc. Such fun
Every few moths I repeat this entire series. I love it because the entire program has been constructed so carefully. Because I want a longer practice, I do two days every time, but these are so well-paced that I am really working hard. Namaste 🙏
it's crazy how 10 minutes can change the entire morning and even your day, perhaps. felt really unmotivated and sad this morning but I knew I'd feel much better after the practice. Thank you, Kassandra. I'm so happy I found your channel 💖💖💖

Pleasantly surprised to discover I could do the side plank, even for the few breaths. Coming to it late, but really enjoying this series. Perfect way to start my day and is helping me build my daily practice. Thank you and #goodmorning 😊
I managed to do the side plank too but only on my left side.still small steps....

I used to do yoga everyday for and hour or more and i fell out of it. This has been great to follow everyday to bring myself back up to where i was! This was my favorite video! I have had issues with my sciatic nerve on and off for years and that dragon pose felt AHmazing!!!! I have watched and practiced through other channels and, for me, this channel is the best! I'm less anxious, and it lasts. When I feel it at wrk, I do nostril breathing and I'm back in action. Thank u Kassandra for your guidance and teachings of these new tools I use everyday.

I have my qualifying exams today for grad school and woke up w/ a tremendous amount of anxiety. As I lay in bed I said, “I need a detox” And lo and behold! I’ve been following this challenge to try to remain centered throughout this process and doing yoga with you much longer than that, and todays practice was exactly what I needed. The Universe is funny that way 🌺
It has been 10 months since the last time I did this practice and it is STILL one of my favorites out of the 30 day challenge. :) Thank you so much, Kassandra.

# GoodMorning. I used to be able to play and be silly quite often but after my life companion died it's been really hard. But these morning yoga practices and the affirmations has started to give back my zest for life. Especially today ! I am so grateful and also quite happy actually and I'll try to be silly all day :-)
I remember doing this challenge during the first lockdown. It’s great revisiting them now. How far we’ve come!

Day 13 I am doing the morning and evening 30 day for the first time through. I so appreciate it. I feel myself becoming stronger every day!
I forgot to say good morning when I did this one on Saturday. I decided to start yoga after my Dr suggested it for my Fibro and I am starting to see/ feel a difference Thanks
#goodmorning Day Thirteen! Noticing a difference in the flexibility between my left hip and right hip is very different. More flex in right hip. I’ll keep doing these moves and loosen this muscles. Feeling pretty energized for the day! Thanks, Kassandra!

I loved that stretch with the foot on the outside of hands and the forearms down! I'd never tried one like that and it was so excellent for my hips!
