Welcome to day 10 of the Morning Yoga Movement! This 10 minute morning yoga class will help you to stretch your upper back, neck, and shoulders this morning. I'll walk you through poses like thread the needle, rabbit, and downward dog with a twist. If you have tension, pain or tightness in your upper body, this class should help.

I’m a 47 yr old male who has been stressed for 25+ yrs. I’m just amazed how much of a difference this had made in my life and I’m on day 10!! I discovered stretching a few months ago but this 30 day challenge has “grounded” me throughout the day.

I would like to ask for you to say what we might be able to use instead of blocks on the days where they are used? I'd hate to order something unnecessary in a time of crisis! Thanks for everything!
You can use some thick books, boxes of a similar size, sturdy cushions, rolled up blankets. Try some different options out in various poses, it may be a combo of those that work best.

Repeating this 30 day sequence in Feb 2021. Seconds before Kassandra said what the affirmation of the day was, I said to myself, “All is Well.” I’ve a challenging day ahead - this is a good way to begin. Praise God.

#GoodMorning! Still struggling, but I’m new. I didn’t to the “thread the needle” pose correctly or the one where I had to grab my leg in downward dog, but I’m determined not to give up.
Keep going! I remember the first time I tried a 30 day challenge. I was a bucket of sweat after every session - even the "easy" ones. I fell out of poses and sometimes cut them short. But I did it. That was three years ago. And now things like this are "easy". Keep working at it. You will amaze yourself. I wish you peace and love on your journey. #goodmorning

As a mom with a co-sleeper, I always have problems waking up with a sore back from all that side lying. I've been doing this for a week now and it really helps in reorienting my.body for another day of motherhood. 😊

Found you when I caught covid and had to quarantine. With major headaches I stayed in bed most of the days. Needing to loosen up I found your morning yoga for beginners and instantly felt a whole lot better doing one of ur 30 min vids. The lingering headache even went away. Thank you for these. You made quarantine so much more bearable.

Due to homeoffice in the current situation, I needed some movement rather than only rolling from bed to desk :D
I started with morning yoga but found only a few videos in the beginning that quickly got boring. That‘s why I‘m so happy I found your challenge! 30 more morning flows to repeat until only homeoffice is over 🤞🏼
