I am relatively new to Yoga with Kassandra..been loving starting every day with her and her positivity. This practice was amazing! I have a lot tight spots in my body that cause me issues and my hips flexors are one of them. I woke up and was drawn to this practice. Was just what I needed. Love this morning strengthening class- the perfect amount of intensity. My body really liked the flow where we lift the leg with knee bent a few times, then lift leg and straighten it a few times then high lunge, then triangle- nice!
Kassandra, this was great. I have been dealing with complications of Long Covid for almost 2 years now. I started doing PT about 6 months in. My days are up and down as far as how much and what I can do, but this routine may be my ticket to helping my hips and hamstrings strengthen. They are so tight from all the sitting I had to do in the beginning of Long Covid, and even now when I have to sit for long periods of time to rest. Thank you for making this class ❤
I only have time for these short classes amd they are perfect . I feel like I am getting a great stretch with some strength in this short class. Ia so grateful for these videos you make. It's really great that you continue to practice and add new videos .

This was my last practice before a full knee replacement so it may a few weeks before I’ll be back on the mat. But I will be back, in the meantime I may try some chair yoga for re hab. Thank you so much, I attribute much of my pre-op mobility and strength to your wonderful video classes. ❤

This is great. It is just 15mins but I can feel that I have focused on myself for 30mins. It contains some dynamic pose but not intense. good for morning yoga ritual
