    Good morning, thank you for joining me on the mat! I'll take you through this all-levels flexibility yoga flow to set you up for the day ahead. You won't need any props for this class and we will have a mix of seated and standing yoga poses that will target your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine.
    This is a wrist and hands free class!
    This means no plank poses, no downward dogs, no chaturangas and no table top poses. Every now and then you might need to put your fingers on the floor to help you go from sitting to standing but that's about it. This is a great opportunity to strengthen the lower body and change up your normal yoga routine!

    At the end, I found myself thinking about how our society glorifies control. Control is all about having your hands on something, hence being “hands on” is a quality. Felt nice to decompress and let go, letting my hands rest! Thanks!

    Kassandra, I found you 3 months ago after not praying yoga for 10 plus years. It’s a practice that I found at age 14 and lost. The last 3 months practicing with you have reawakened my long lost love for yoga and you have been the absolute perfect teacher to reunite me with yoga!! It was like riding a bike and now I’m almost back to where I was at my peak!! Thank you for everything you do ❤❤

    It felt a little strange not having a down dog in the practice, but my wrists do appreciate the break. Thank you for a wrist free routine.

      If your wrists hurt, try using something like stand-off holds for doing pushups, and use them doing yoga, it has made a world of difference on my wrists for positions like downward dog.

    Loved this. I love the idea of a month of hands-free - maybe interspersed with knee free, which sometimes goes with the hands-free. But the length was perfect. I am so grateful for you and your guidance!

    Your hands free classes was amazing for me when I broke my wrist in the end of November. Still has some restrictions in my movement so doing a handsfree class is really good

    I did this lovely morning flow and stretch outside in the Arizona morning sun. It's 68 and there is a gentle wind blowing that is slightly cool. Such a great way to start my day. My word is "VIBRANT"

    this was such a lovely flow, just a really good balance with lots of poses I really like/that feel good. Your wrist free flows have saved me when I've had wrist or shoulder injuries in the past! Namasté from Spain

    Day 1 of getting back to work after my staycation. It was what I needed. I do need to be better about doing yoga. It really is beneficial. My word is acceptance. For me it's one step forward two steps back but always moving forward. Thank you!!

    Love how you hit all the spots in this short full body practice. Grateful to find your wrist free yoga videos. I’m recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and it is uncomfortable to put full weight into my hand. This class makes me feel like I’m not missing out due to this limitation. Love how you guided the adjustments in warrior 2. Simple and effective reminder to keep the chest and shoulders open. Also, your background scenery is gorgeous and it’s monochromatic nature really helps to put focus on you in the foreground. Those blue leggings pop. Very nice experience overall. 🙏🏻😊🙏🏻

    Thank you Kassandra, for this video, even though it's only fifteen minutes I really enjoyed it, it's a simple yoga challenge but it makes my body feel good and better, you are still my choice in online yoga, and don't look at the others, always healthy for you and family....we remain faithfully waiting for the newest yoga challenge...you are the best...🎉❤😊

    I really loved this sequence! Perfect for the morning before work! I felt like I got a great stretch through my hamstrings, calves, & side body. I agree, I would do a 30 minute hands-free sequence after work. 😊❤
