I totally understand - that's why I have these shorter yoga vids. I realized a lot of people feel like they have to do a whole 60+ min class in order to get the benefits, but you really don't. A few minutes per day can make SUCH a difference!!

First ever yoga in bed that I did and this was just great! I don't know if it's normal to yawn during the poses but I certainly did a few times, so a good sign, I'm guessing.
