    Didn't know how much I needed it until I did it. Thank you for always coming with creative sequences so it's not the same Downward dog all day. The scan showed my back and shoulders were so grateful for you. Namaste.

    Awesome! 2 nights in a row doing this yoga video and I can see the difference in my neck and shoulders. They're usually tense from playing disc golf almost every day but I get to relax my muscles with this practice. Thank you so much ❤🤗

    This is so, so good! Woke up this morning all tensed up after a nervous breakdown last night and this released almost all of it 💜 Now, I just need to get the hang of belly breathing. 8 years of a plastic back brace seem to have messed with that...

    THANK YOU!! I suffer from constant neck pain, and I've done classes specifically for my neck and shoulders, but haven't found a class as perfect as this one.     thanks Candace, gosh those arm circles were tricky! i hold ALOT of tension in my neck and shoulders. how often should i do this workout or ones similar if im doing your other classes too? thanks, kelly :)
